This privately owned apartment is spacious, furnished to an extemely high standard with marble floors throughout and very well equipped to make your stay enjoyable. The accommodation includes 2 bedrooms, one with kingsize bed and the other with twin beds, both with fitted wardrobes and drawer space. There is also a sofa bed provided, therefore, accommodating 6. It has 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower over and the other with a shower cubicle and his and hers sinks, both include WC and bidet. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster etc.
The property has large terraces overlooking the communal pool, children's pool and pretty gardens. For your comfort there is hot and cold air conditioning and a TV, games console, DVD & CD Player. The apartment is ideally located for a peaceful holiday, whilst being only minutes from the many popular bars and restaurants on the Costa del Sol.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is fondly known by some as the “Costa del Golf”, as it boasts over 30 golf courses within a 50 mile stretch. Golf is extremely popular due to the fantastic climate, as the average temperature rarely falls below 17° in the winter months and the sun shines for over 300 days of the year.
There is something for everyone in the Costa del Sol whether young, old, couples or families. The beaches are too many to mention, ranging from small coves with hardly a sole in sight, to the very popular long stretches of golden sand offering water sports for all.
Nightlife on the Costa del Sol is varied, whether you fancy a sumptuous candlelit meal in one of the lovely Spanish villages or to party the night away at one of the many marinas, such as Marbella or Puerto Banus where the rich and famous frequent.
Duquesa / Princesa Kristina area
La Duquesa is one of the prettiest marinas on the coast, situated between Sotogrande and Estepona, about 20 minutes west of Marbella, Duquesa is the perfect spot to make your holiday base.
For the daytime, there are lovely long stretches of sand in both Duquesa and its neighbouring town of Sabinillas. A trip into the mountains brings you to the typical Spanish village of Casares where you can enjoy traditional tapas. A little further on is the wonderful town of Ronda, home to the oldest and most monumental Bullring in the whole of Spain. 2 hours drive from Duquesa is Sierra Nevada where you can ski in the mountains and be back to sunbathe by the pool in the afternoon! Gibraltar is just 30 minutes drive away and is well worth a visit, not just to see the apes but also to purchase the duty free! If you drive to Tarifa, you can take a ferry to spend the day in North Africa.
By night the picturesque marina at Duquesa comes to life with its many bars and restaurants to suit every palate, including, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, Italian, English and even Mexican.
In Duquesa itself, there is a supermarket, bank, newsagent, DVD rental shop and souvenir shops. In the mornings you can enjoy a full English breakfast, the afternoons can be whiled away sipping your favourite tipple and watching the boats go by.
In a nutshell, Duquesa is the perfect location for a memorable holiday.

Extremely comfortable and well appointed apartment, set in a perfect location for visiting local attractions, such as Gibraltar, Puerto Banus. Very child friendly, we could watch the children in the pool from the terrace.
