Home description

Los Granados is a beautiful 5 star complex, the apartment has all mod cons and is frontline beach, you can listen to the sea whilst enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace. Step off the terrace and the lagoon style pool is just to your right and just walk across the short grass area and you are on the beach.

We are situated within 30 minutes of all of the following, Gibralter, the world famous Puerto Banus and Marbella, Estepona, The stunning Sotagrade Port, to many golf courses to mention including Valderama 10 minutes away, Selwo Widlife Park, Selwo Marina, Tivoli world, The only Crocodile park in Europe and plenty more.


Duquesa / Los Granados II area

Duquesa is a beautiful port with a mountain range behind as a back drop, ideally positioned to access the whole of the Costa del sol. It is situated in Manilva which is made up of Castilios, Sabinillas, Duquesa.


How to get there

Malaga is a 50 minute drive, Gibraltar a 25 minute drive and Jerez is approx 1 1/4 hrs.

The apartment is a very large beautifully maintained holiday home fully equipped to a very high standard, fitted wardrobes in each room providing ample storage, Marple flooring throughout, Granite work tops, fully fitted kitchen & utility room. Heated towel rails in bathrooms, Sky TV. There is a complete baby package available for hire upon request for parents with babys including a Sterilaiser, Cot, High Chair, play matt's etc. It is also possible to convert 2 of the single beds into an additional double bed if required, all towels and bedding provided (excluding beach towels).

On the terrace we have a large corner suite and a 6 seater dining set for enjoying the large terrace area, in addition to 4 sunloungers, although sun loungers are also provided around the pool area

Further details outdoors:
The view from the terrace is beautiful with an uninterupted views of the beach and sea with the closest beach bar/restaurant 70 metres from our terrace. The complex is nestled in between the sea and the closest golf coures, which is Duquesa. If you walk out of the complex you step on to the beach, turn left and you are in the beautiful traditional fishing village of Castillios, complete with Castle and Roman ruins and a number of lovely fish restaurants. Walk through the village for a further 5 minutes and you arrive in the port of Duquesa with an abundance of restaurants and bars.

Payment is due in full immediately if booking within 8 weeks of departure
If booking more than 8 weeks from departure then please send us £150 per week to secure booking and the balance at least 8 weeks before departure. We also add on a £100 per week damage deposit which is fully refunded on your return.
Booking forms are sent to you once a booking has been confirmed via the internet or by post.
