San Luis de Sabanillas is approximately 75 minutes drive from Malaga airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar. A quieter part of the southern coast of Spain, Sabanillas is very Spanish and has all the amenities needed to enjoy a different but relaxing holiday. Within walking distance of shops , restaurants and the beach, a car is not essential but will add to the experience of being able to explore the delights of Andalucia.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a full size bath and overhead shower.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds with built in wardrobes, it’s own shower room with wash basin and wc.
The kitchen is fully fitted to a high standard with fridge,electric hob, electric oven, microwave,kettle,and toaster.
There is a utility room with a washing machine,iron and ironing board.
The living room constitutes a lounge/dining area with ‘L’ shaped leather sofa, dining table and chairs with a 32 inch TV with Play Station 2.

Outside there is a good sized terrace with table and 4 chairs over looking landscape garden and Pool.

30% of the villa cost is held as a deposit to secure the dates of your reservation. In the event of cancellation this deposit will be non refundable.
The full price of your holiday is due 8 weeks prior to travel.
If payment is made by credit card a 3.5% card charge will be made.
Please note a payment of £150 is required with your final balance as security in case of damages during your stay and subject to a satisfactory post departure check this will be refunded to you within 14 days of your return.
Late check-out must be booked in advance. and is charged at £50 (Subject to confirmation).
The price of your rental includes Meet and Greet by the local representative.
Linen and towels are all provided, Beach towels are not provided, please make sure you bring your own. Highchair and cot hire are available upon request at an extra cost per week for both.

The Andalucia region
It is often said that the province of Malaga is a small continent. Exaggerated and somewhat pretentious as this might sound, there is an element of truth in it. The province of Malaga, although the smallest in Andalusia, measuring 7.272 square kilometres, is indeed a land of contrast. Mountains, sea, rural villages and sophisticated tourist resorts. It is all here, and with the most extensive network of hotels anywhere in Spain, enjoying the contrast is one of life’s rare pleasures.
To help the visitor make the most of his or her stay on the Costa del Sol, we present what must necessarily be no more than a résumé of the multiple attractions and services of the region. A great part of the enjoyment of a holiday is the anticipation, and knowing what you can do in the province of Malaga makes the pleasure all the greater.
It takes a battering from some elite quarters, it may not be to the taste of everybody that comes to the Costa del Sol, but sun and beach tourism is the motor that first drove the southern Spanish tourism industry into the fast lane, and this aspect of tourism is still alive and well and living on the Costa del Sol. The 161 kilometres of Malaga province coastline is mostly beach, and with most of the hotels in the province built close to the beaches, most of the finest restaurants within shouting distance of the beaches and the best climate in Europe, it is little wonder that the beach means so much to local residents and tourists alike in Malaga.
La Duquesa - The southern coast of Spain’s best kept secret, La Duquesa lies west of Marbella approximately 60 minutes from Malaga airport and 25 minutes from Gibraltar airport. An oasis of peace, in an area that has retained its distinct Andalucian charm and character. La Duquesa offers serenity and relaxation for a holiday like no other. It is the perfect place to have a morning croissant and coffee and look over the variety of marine craft that jostle in the marina. The stunning port also provides the ideal location for all types of water sports and boating activities. The attractive promenade around the marina is home to a tempting selection of family restaurants, bars and cafes. Options for eating include French, Italian,Chinese, Indian, Thai and of course Spanish.
Situated a short walk from the port is the La Duquesa Golf and Country Club with an 18 hole course offering wonderful sea and mountain views. As well as golf, tennis, squash and a fully equipped gym are on offer.
From La Duquesa a 25 minute drive takes you into the heart of Puerto Banus with its vibrant nightlife and shops, or alternatively take life at a slower pace in the quiet villages of Manilva, Casares or Benahavis.
So if a relaxing evening meal in a moonlit marina with boats resting in the harbour takes your fancy, then La Duquesa is for you.
San Luis - The present day fishing village is a new settlement having been developed in the last hundred years. It was very typical of a Spanish fishing community which did not pay much importance to the aesthetics of architecture or anything else for that matter. Like most places on the Costa del Sol it has seen rapid growth over the last decade. Anybody visiting now who had been away would hardly recognize the village.
Since the construction of a large block called Punta Almina in the 1980s it has also become a popular place for expats working on the coast and in Gibraltar. The two working communities live happily side by side.
The recent main developments are the improvements to Avenida Manilva, the construction of the seafront promenade and the underpass for the traffic on the coast road A7 (N340)
Pavement cafes and bars have flourished along with the opening of new banks and Real Estate offices. The village has a happy working atmosphere for those who want a touch of what is probably the only real Spain left on the western Costa del Sol.
One thing has not changed and that is the reputation of the seafood bars and restaurants on the seafront and one of the quieter most expansive beaches in the area.
In 1990 there was a little car boot sale in the car park of the Moorhouse Pub in Sabinillas. For several years it was only supported by a few expats. Then it caught the attention of a wider group of people looking for a bargain. The Sunday morning Sabinillas rastro is one of the biggest on the coast and when the bullfighter Javier Conde dropped in for a bargain it only strengthened its reputation. Since its humble beginnings it has needed to change locations three times to accommodate its popularity.
