Situated in the Exclusive and Very Secure complex of Los Granados, La Duquesa, Costa del Sol. On the second floor of a three floor building this extra large apartment is fully air conditioned and has a large terrace facing directly over the beach with completely unobstructed views over the Mediterranean.

Perfectly situated for a Beach or Golf holiday - for people of all ages.

The access to the blue flag sandy beach is through the garden gates, here you will find the charming little Spanish beach bar ' Malibu' - famous for its freshly caught barbecued fish.

Directly behind the complex (a two minute walk) lies the very well respected Duquesa Golf Course the club also has Tennis Courts Indoor Pool, Gym and Spa.

The old Spanish seafront village 'Castillo de la Duquesa' is a two minute walk from the apartment -named after the castle, at the back of the village.

Explore the winding streets and the old Spanish church, and try the traditional Spanish restaurants, where the locals eat. Or just sit in the central square and drift back to when the world was a different place.

A further 5 minute walk along the promenade brings you to Duquesa Yacht Marina full of beautiful boats and surrounded by shops restaurants and bars. Enjoy a drink by the water and watch the world go by or perhaps take a boat trip to Gibraltar or Puerto Banus.

The Costa del Sol region

Marbella is only 25 minutes by car and while there visit Puerto Banus Marina. More super yachts than you can imagine, and full of "beautiful people". Maybe you will see a famous TV or Hollywood celebrity. Or maybe you will just see their fantastic cars.

It's only about 30 minutes to Gibraltar, an absolute must see, if only for the amazing tax free shopping. Why not go twice? Because from "The Rock" you can take a day trip by sea to Tangier, to visit the Casbah. It's very cheap and only takes 35 minutes and it makes for a truly memorable day!

A 1 hour drive further inland is the beautiful old Spanish town of Rhonda full of history and culture, here you can visit the bull ring and the museum of bull fighting. Also a 1 hour drive away is the city of Jerez famous for its Sherry Bodegas and where the world famous Andalucian horses are trained , you can book book to see one of the daily shows.

The Duquesa / Los Granados II area
