We are bringing you a new listing to the short term holiday market in Dunsborough/Quindalup....which means the most sort after dates on the Downsouth holiday calander are still available!!!!
The beach house is located 800m past the Quindalup boatramp and has direct beach access across the road. There is a jetty at the boat ramp that is great to take the kids fishing and crabbing to!
This early 1980's 2 storey duplex half has just undergone a full internal makeover and the results are a family friendly beachhome that has all you will need to relax on the beautiful beach across the road and enjoy the chilled out downsouth lifestyle in the afternoons for happy hour!!
We suggest you BRING YOUR BIKES as there is a great bike path that goes along the waterfront into town and also on to Old Dunsborough...great to get up and ride into town for the paper and a coffee. (approx15-20 mins). Or to Palmers Winery for lunch!
The home has 2 bathrooms-one on each floor, neither is adjoining a bedroom and both have been renovated tastefully. Both bathrooms are shower only and have toilets within them...the ground floor bathroom also doubles as the laundry.
WE DO NOT DO BOOKINGS FOR LEAVERS!
The home has 3 bedrooms.
One upstairs bedroom with a queensize bed and two downstairs bedrooms - one with a queensize bed and the other with 2 standard single beds.
The home sleeps up to SIX people maximum with the exception of the availability of a portacot for an infant.
Included in the cost of your stay is all towels and linen for the number of guests staying. (most properties charge addionally for this). You will only need to bring your own beach towels.
The property suits families and couples or singles as a group getaway.
Upstairs consists of modern kitchen, family size fridge/freezer, gas cooktop and electric under bench oven, toaster, kettle, crokery cutlery good quality cooking pots and pans etc. (no microwave)
This space also has an island bench and dining area flowing into living room and out to large 30sqm deck. This area is shaded by peppy trees and shade sail and is perfect for breakfast or BBQ space. There is a comfy daybed, dining table, BBQ and deckchairs for happy hour overlooking the bay through the peppy trees.
Your downstairs living spaces include a gorgeous lawned backgarden with shady peppy trees which is gated to keep the little ones in. A second livingroom with TV/DVD for the downtime...this room has sliding glass doors into the back yard for easy indoor outdoor access to the garden.
Under the deck at the front of the home there is a shady area with hammock...for your afternoon siesta.
The front garden has sufficent room to park boat/tralier and there is a carport at the front door.
