The Central Scotland/Strathclyde region
Argyll is everything you would imagine the west coast of Scotland to be – and more, making it the perfect place for your holiday. It’s wild and remote, with hills, glens, rugged coast, white beaches, sea lochs, clear waters and ancient forests.
Many of our properties are in the Cowal Peninsula, known as Argyll’s Secret Coast because of its undiscovered charm.
The ferry trip across the Firth of Clyde is a fine introduction to the Cowal Peninsula. To the north the mountains surrounding the sea lochs of Long and Goil provide a stunning backdrop as the ferry arrives at the busy town of Dunoon, Cowal's principal community, which has an excellent choice of accommodation, shopping and eating out. Built around two sheltered bays, and with wonderful views over the water, Dunoon is also the seaboard gateway to the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
Dunoon is the lively gathering place for the whole Cowal area. The town offers a museum and leisure centre as well as a fascinating selection of craft shops, galleries, and cafes. The opportunity to take a pleasure cruise amidst the breathtaking coastal scenery of the Firth of Clyde should not be missed.

"absolutely fabulous property"
The pictures really do not do this property justice! Budhmor is a very modern, large and very well equipped property which caters for every member of the family. The playroom provided a great escape for the children as well as the very spacious garden with play area. The trampoline itself provided many laughs for kids and adults alike!! Can easily walk into Dunoon and use the local amenities. If fishing is your thing,we would recommend mackeral fishing off Blairmore pier, but watch out for is the lazy, local seals, they like the easy pickings off your hook!!! We would most definitely stay here again if in the Dunoon area as we did not want to leave. It is very hard to be negative about anything. If I was asked about improvements my only thing would be a TV in each of the adult rooms, as there was only one in the master bedroom, and that was fought over!! And two sets of front door keys to enable more freedom on days out. All in all a stunning, well maintained holiday home, worth every penny

"Excellent place to relax with friends and family"
Accommodation was incredible. Excellent condition, lots of space which means even though it was a large group we weren't running into each other. Parking on site really handy too given there were three of us with cars. Every room was immaculate. Great place to stay.
Ramp into property was also very useful for wheelchair access.
