There is a wheelchair access ramp at the side of the house. Although there is a bedroom(double) downstairs the downstairs WC has not been adapted for wheelchair users.

The house has a large decked area to the rear of the house which guests can enjoy, and can access from the dining room. Outdoor furniture is provided.
The house has a large garden area to the rear and front of the house.
Linen and towels are provided and are changed on a weekly basis. At the start of each week each guest is provided with a bath and hand towel.
The changeover day is Saturday. Guests should leave the premises by 10.30 AM and can arrive after 3.00PM. Prices given are for 7 nights. Shorter or longer stays may be possible upon request to the owner.
The Central Scotland/Strathclyde region
Fishing, hunting, horse riding, hill climbing/walking, quad biking, cruises or golfing excursions etc are all available locally. Of special interest is Benmore Botanical Gardens(10 miles away) with 150 acres, including the spectacular avenue of redwoods. With some of the best sailing waters in the country it is just a short hop over the water from Toward to the Isle of Bute, or longer cruises to Loch Fyne and beyond, everyone finds something to suit them when sailing out of one of the Cowal marinas. The Holy Loch Marina is about 20 minutes away, Portavadie Marina is also close by. If you enjoy hillwalking you will enjoy exploring the hills and mountains of Argyll. The area is ideal for those who enjoy beach walking. Three golf courses (1 No 18 hole and 2 No 9 hole) are within a 35 minute drive, the closest is 3 miles from the house.
Nearest shop, post office, pub and restaurant are 2.5 miles away in the village of Innellan. The nearest bank and large supermarket are in the town of Dunoon, 6 miles away.
The Cowal Highland games, is the largest and most spectacular highland games in the world, and takes place this year from August 23rd to August 25th .
The annual MOD gathering, the gaelic celebration of song, culture and language is in Dunoon this year between the 12th and 19th Ocotber. It is the largest event of its kind in Scotland.
