Comfortable and contemporary cabin on 7 acres is located in the mountains of the Cumberland Plateau. Home is located near several Civil War historical sites and situated between three of the most beautiful state parks in Tennessee: Fall Creek Falls State Park, Savage Gulf Natural Area and Rock Island State Park. House is 15 minutes from downtown Dunlap, 45 minutes from Chattanooga and the airport, 25 minutes from Soddy Daisy and 2 hours from Nashville.Bring yourself or your family for a relaxing vacation you won't forget. The cabin is surrounded by nature but easy to get to with an expertly maintained gravel road .8 mile directly to the house with new paved streets and four lane highways at the end of the gravel road. Wake in the morning and sip coffee on the deck while quietly watching the deer, turkey and fox walk through the property. Enjoy the cool fresh mountain air, beautiful sunrise over the mountain and the sweet sounds of nature. Or, enjoy the steam sauna before or after your morning run or hike.

Bring your fishing poles if you like, as there is a gorgeous two hundred acre lake at Fall Creek Falls State Park 12 miles away where visitors can enjoy spending the day hiking in the mountains, fishing, canoeing or kayaking.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
