The House is situated on a quiet cul de sac close to sea, shops, and public transport. It is available to rent on a monthly or weekly basis all year throughout 2014. It is a 4 bedroomed residence.

The house comprises entrance hall, with separate cloakroom and guest toilet, a kitchen/breakfast area, a sun room, 2*double bedrooms,1 twin bedroom, 1*single bedroom. There is a jacuzzi bathroom with spacious shower upstairs, and guest toilet downstairs. It contains a large living room connected to a dining room with high ceilings. There are two open fireplaces . There is a piano for those who like to play; a library of books, a Large flatscreen TV with UPC cable. Also included is 30Mb Broadband wifi throughout the house.

The Kitchen/Breakfast room is equipped with usual equipment incl. large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. The house is fully furnished. Pets are not accepted for hygienic reasons.

There is a wealth of amenities, fine restaurants, shops, art galleries within walking distance and excellent bus services and a rail service from Sandycove Dart station [3 mins walk] which provides easy access to the centre of Dublin (6 miles). You can enjoy boat trips to Dalkey Island and around DunLaoghaire Harbour. The sea is about 3 minutes walk through the beautiful floribund People\'s Park. You can walk along the promenade to the swimming areas of Sandycove and to the larger panoramic Killiney Beach. This property would suit short term business clients, vacation purposes, or perhaps somebody relocating while carrying out refurbishment on their own property. It is also available for longer term lease agreement up to 1 year.

"Wonderful Place to stay"

The Park House was fantastic!! Beautiful accomodations, easy to get in and out of Dublin via the Dart. House was very comofrtable - we had 7 people and lots of room so people could have room to them s… More

"Amazing comfortable house,great location"

We visited college age son in Dublin with elderly parents and 3 other adults. The house never felt crowded with so many rooms to spread around in. My parents loved the sun room. We made breakfast most mornngs after shopping in the Supervalue that was in walking distance. Poppies was great for scones and breakfast. We spent a few nights at McKenna's Pub...great music and fun people. We utilized the DART train at the Sandycove station when we went into Dublin, easy to get in and out with a wheelchair! Spent a rainy day walking around Dun Laoghaire, the Shackleton exhibit and museum was very interesting.
