Inchtuthill Coach House is located in rural Perthshire between Blairgowrie and Dunkeld. The property is detached and has been converted from the original coach house to form a lovely holiday cottage.

Situated a mile and half down a farm road close to the river Tay, the property is surrounded by beautiful views and an abundance of wildlife on the doorstep. You will see deer, hare, partridge and buzzards on a daily basis.

There are plenty of beautiful walks on the doorstep or a short drive away - cycling is another popular local activity.

The living area is open plan with a log burning stove for cosy evenings and a balcony which overlooks the private garden. The kitchen has all the mod-cons including a freezer, dish-washer and washing machine. For convenience you can have your shopping delivered, Tesco and Asda offer a delivery service direct to the property.

There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and shower plenty of room for 4 people.

The Coach House sits adjacent to the owners property and has its own garden with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, there is parking available for up to 2 cars.

Inchtuthill is a unique place and perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet amidst beautiful scenery.
