Further details

Aglish village (2.75 miles) - Running through the village is the Geosh river, a tributary of the River Blackwater. Aglish is home to a post office, petrol station, two sports pitches, and two pubs.

The South East Ireland region

Villierstown (2.1 miles) is situated on the banks of the River Blackwater. The village is home to a shop, pub and a school. It is home to the beautiful Dromada drive through 18th Century deciduous woodland and overlooking the Blankwater River. Dromana House and Gardens is open to visitors during the summer months.

A charming traditional cottage in an idyllic position, overlooking the Blackwater River and Knockmealdown Mountains, 2.1 miles from Villierstown village, 7.5 miles from Cappoquin yet only 13 miles from the seaside resort of Dungarvan. Recently renovated with all mod cons the interior is welcoming with wood burning stove for those chilly evenings. Taking in the scenery of Waterford County, visiting Lismore Castle, fishing for your supper on the Blackwater or lazing on the numerous sandy beaches are a few of the lovely days out which await you from this spectacular home.

~ There are electric blankets available on all beds.
