Many beautiful drives along Donegal coast.Glenveigh National Park, Ards Forest Park,Dunlewey Lakes, Horn Head -all well worth a visit
Dunfanaghy / Portnablagh area
Golf nearby,boating at Portnablagh Pier,Marble Hill Strand nearby is a Blue Flag Beach.Scenic Drives include a visit to World famous Glenveigh National Park.From there you can drive past Errigal Mountain - a favourite for climbers.From Errigal you can drive to Dunlewey Lakes and you will ,I'm sure,agree that they surpass the Lakes of Killarney. A trip around Horn Head is another scenic drive-simply drive through Dunfanaghy and follow the sign for Horn Head.The rugged scenery in this part of Donegal has to be seen to be believed.
How to get there
Drive to Letterkeny and then to Kilmacrennan,Creeslough and Portnablagh.Faugher Court is on the right lside-on the Creeslough side of the "Green Door" Gallery.Portnablagh is a two hour drive from Belfast International Airport.It is located in a farmyard setting just off main road.
