Spacious farmhouse in very scenic location near the beautiful Galty (Galtee) mountains just 12 kms from Tipperary Town. It is an ideal location as a touring base for Limerick, Cork, Waterford and Kerry. There is a garden to the front of the property equipped with garden tables and chairs and parking space at the back of the house for 4 cars.The sitting room is very cozy and atmospheric with a log fire .And the utility room ,sometimes used as a play room.
The local pub, where you can find good beer, friendly locals and great Irish music, is just 3 minute walk away. The golf course is only 10 minutes away and weekend golf groups are very welcome. The local village is just 3km away and Cashel 13km. There are almost 40 attractions to see, the Rock of Cashel, and Swiss Cottage to name but 2. We can provide guidebooks on request, on arrival.

Perhaps the main highlight of the area is The Rock of Cashel - the traditional seat of the Kings of Munster. There are many buildings atop the Rock and provides an interesting collection of Medieval architecture and Celtic art.
