About the home

This cottage can sleep 2 in a king size bed. It offers cosy fire side comfort with its open fire. For the summer months it has a large patio and grassy area on which to relax. It faces south and west. Located in rural Perthshire but within 20 minutes of Perth or Dundee city centres.

The cottage is small as it sleeps only 2. The front door takes you into the sitting room with its open fire. All other rooms are off the sitting room. The kitchen has a table for dining, this can be moved through to the sitting room for fireside dining. The bathroom has a bath with an electric shower over the top of it. The bedroom has a king size bed.
Outside you have a large patio area and garden furniture. There is a gravel driveway and some grass where you can dine under the pine tree and watch the sun go down as it is west facing.

Facilities

Further details indoors:
Flooring is wooden throughout with rugs. Heaters are wall mounted, not underfloor.
Private water supply which goes through a high tech filter system although bottled water is available free of charge if preferred.
Cottage is detached and located on a farm with other properties close by.
Owners live on site.
