Holm House is a beautifully appointed house just of the High Street in Moffat. It has been decorated to a very high standard and has everything you will need for the perfect holiday.Sleeps 07. Two bedrooms and a fully sprung double sofa bed in front lounge. Family bedroom with en-suite cloakroom, TVs,(4 in toal) With cable reception,(the borders of Scotland now has full digital viewing some 30/40 channels) DVDs,( a selection of over 300) radio alarms in each bedroom, C.D players in each bedroom. Each bedroom has a KING SIZE LUXURY BED with a top of the range memoary foam mattress dressed with the finest quality cotton bed linen.(7th bed is a foldaway bed suitable for a child and can be placed in any bedroom).(also avaliable on request is a double bed on air) ((Downstairs you will find two reception rooms, Main reception room has large flat screen TV with SKY reception and DVD player, full thearte surround system .Second reception room is a quiet room with a large selection of reading material. A wonderful dining room complete with a large over the top dining table and a selection of table dressings to suit all. Fully equipped luxuary kitchen(american fridge/freezer,7kg washing machine,7kg tumble dryer,intergrated dish washer,double range cooker, microwave,jucier,coffee maker, plus TV with cable reception. Outside, there is a very peaceful garden complete with 2 dining tables,1 seating 6, the other seating 4 both with parasol cover, BBQ, patio heater.fire pit heater. Outside lighting ensures guests can entertain all year round.For your added enjoyment you will find water features ,a small fish pond complete with fish (please feel free to feed food supplied) Holm House is without a dought a gem in the holiday let market. Around 3 minutes walk from the house you will find Station Park a large family park with large boating pond,putting, children's water play area(charge), and a large play area for children with swings, slides, climbing frames and roundabouts.
