"Excellent all rounder"

Friendly and easy booking arrangements. Well equipped, clean, modern and stylish house in a very peaceful and beautiful setting with great on site amenities. A really lovely home to relax in within easy reach of lots of places to visit. Our 5 month old baby was equally well provided for with a play mat, toys, travel cot and high chair. A brilliant find. Would definitely recommend to people of all ages and hope to return in the future.

"Beautiful house in a beautiful location."

The Granary is a very high quality holiday house or I should say home because we felt very much at home here. The surrounding coutryside is second to none and it is the ideal place to unwind. We very much enjoyed the use of the Spa facilities of Wellesley Park.
We would definitely consider another break at The Granary in the future and would highly recommend it for families with small children or with teenagers.

"What a great place to stay!!"

We stayed at The Granary in July and we were delighted with our accommodation choice! We did quite a lot of sight seeing and the Granary is very centrally located near Wells, providing a great base for seeing so much of the surrounding area, including Glastonbury, Street (if you're into shopping!), Lacock (where we had a yummy cream tea in the Red Lion and a tasty cider in the George Inn!!), Stonehenge (in just over an hour), and many of the other beautiful places nearby. Wells itself is lovely, with a great selection of bars and restaurants, including Tuckers delicious fish & chip shop!! When we weren't out sight seeing, the Granary offered loads of other options with it's beautifully appointed pool and jacuzzi, gym and reading room in the central area, as well as gorgeous country walks. The accommodation itself is 5 star with all mod cons in the kitchen, a tv, and wifi for keeping in touch with the outside world, and very comfortable bedrooms, with high spec bathrooms and showers. There's also a barbecue for those nice sunny days or a log burner for the colder damp one's, which we got a few of unfortunately!! All in all we had a fabulous stay and we will definitely be going back!!

"Heaven touching Earth"

A fantastic week in a wonderful place, with everything thought of, and a lovely warm welcome. We made the most of the sunniest week of the year in the beautiful landscaped surroundings, the tennis court, great gym, and heavenly pool.
Great for families of all ages, we've already booked our next trip - to venture out and explore what the area has to offer.

"AMAZING Country House with Spa - Best Vacation!!!!"

I stayed at The Granary at Wellesley Park with my husband and young children and we had the most AMAZING time! The house itself is absolutely perfect, extremely well furnished and comfortable with all the mod cons you need and is perfectly located in a gorgeous little community with its own spa! The house has 3 bedrooms, and a beautiful log burner which is perfect to nestle into at the end of the day as it rained a few days whilst we were there - typical British weather! Our kids had a ball playing tennis, going for walks in the countryside (we live in Dubai so this was a great novelty!) and I treated myself to a massage in the spa. Hubby loved the nearby golf course and played 18 holes. Would definitely recommend this for families with kids looking for an affordable self catering option near Bath. The property was very clean and tidy and immaculately presented with nice little homely touches such as a welcome pack with flowers and chocolates! Will definitely come back again!
