Every room of this luxurious 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa exudes comfort and elegance and is sure to satisfy even the most discerning tastes. Located at the end of a small, residential street in Mokosica (just 10-15 minutes’ driving distance to Dubrovnik), Villa Bellagio borders acres of beautiful gardens and a natural spring with pure drinking water.
The ground floor consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and en suite bathroom. A small hallway leads to a large summer kitchen which opens onto a furnished patio with gas barbecue grill—a perfect site for poolside summer dinners. The 1st floor has 2 more double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and en suite bathroom. The 2nd floor boasts a full kitchen with dining area, a laundry room with toilet, and a spacious living room with panoramic windows that overlook the marina. Sunsets from this room are spectacular!
