About the home

Every room of this luxurious 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa exudes comfort and elegance and is sure to satisfy even the most discerning tastes. Located at the end of a small, residential street in Mokosica (just 10-15 minutes’ driving distance to Dubrovnik), Villa Bellagio borders acres of beautiful gardens and a natural spring with pure drinking water.

The ground floor consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower. A small hallway leads to a large summer kitchen which opens onto a furnished patio with gas barbecue grill—a perfect site for poolside summer dinners. The 1st floor has 2 more double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower. The 2nd floor boasts a full kitchen with dining area, a laundry room with toilet, and a spacious living room with panoramic windows that overlook the marina. Sunsets from this room are spectacular!

Amenities include dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, baby cot, air conditioning in every room, 42” HD TV with satellite channels, wireless Internet, gas barbecue grill, swimming pool, and parking. Weekly maid service & linen change is provided for long stays, free of charge. This villa sleeps 8 adults, with the possibility of another adult on an extra bed plus 1 small child in a baby cot (both provided free of charge).

The Old Town of Dubrovnik can be reached in just 10-15 minutes by car. There are grocery stores and a few cafes nearer by, most notably at the upscale ACI Marina which is just 5 minutes away. Explore some lovely beaches in the nearby towns of Stikovica and Zaton, or travel a bit farther up the coast to the spacious and secluded Veliki Zali beach in Brsecine.

In June, July & August there is a 7-night minimum requirement. In all other periods, a 3-night minimum applies. Shorter stays may be accepted on request. Email us to request a short stay.

A 20% deposit is required to be paid by credit card at the time of booking. The balance is due in cash on arrival.
