As the name suggests, Aerie is perched high on a hill above Dubrovnik, offering stunning views of the Old Town, the Adriatic Sea, and Lokrum Island. Guests of this studio apartment may enjoy the views from either their own private balcony or a large shared terrace. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, kitchenette, coffee maker, kettle, sofabed, and parking.

Old Town may be reached in 10-15 minutes by foot, but the return trip will take longer as it requires nearly 300 stairs. However, the views are well worth the climb and for those arriving by car there is free street parking just 3 flights of stairs below. Your friendly host, Dijana, goes out of her way to make sure her guests have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The combination of spectacular views, spotless accommodation, and superior hospitality have made Aerie a favourite for visitors to Dubrovnik!

Dubrovnik / Ploce area

Ploce is a quiet residential neighborhood and is very popular among visitors to Dubrovnik. Its position high on a hill ensures some of the most spectacular views of the Adriatic and Old Town below. Old Town can be reached in 10-15 minutes by foot, but the return trip usually takes longer as it involves an uphill climb. But the serene atmosphere and magnificent views make the climb well worthwhile.

How to get there

By air: Dubrovnik airport (DBV) is served by many airlines including, but not limited to: Aer Lingus, Air Nostrum, Austrian Airlines, Blue 1, British Airways, ClickAir, Croatia Airlines, Easy Jet, Estonian Air, FlyBe, German Wings, Iberia, Jetairfly, Jet2com, Lufthansa, Luxair, Norwegian Air, SAS, Tarom, TUIfly.

By ferry: Jadrolinija operates international ferry service to Dubrovnik from Bari, Italy, as well as along the Croatian Coast.

The best way to get to the apartment is by taxi. We can arrange a transfer from the airport to the apartment at a price of 220 Kuna/30 Eur for 1-3 persons or 300 Kuna/40 EUR for 4-8 persons.

This studio sleeps 2-4 guests and can be combined with Aerie: Apt 2 on the same level and Rooms 1, 2, and 3 below to accommodate a total of 10 guests (14 using sofa beds).

Dubrovnik is built on a steep hill, so stairs are a way of life here. Aerie apartment is only 3 flights of stairs above street level. Old Town may be reached in 10-15 minutes by foot, but the return trip will take longer as it requires nearly 300 stairs. Fortunately, taxis are plentiful and affordable - a ride from the Old Town to the apartment will cost approximately 40 Kuna (6 Euro).

Conditions

There is a 3-night minimum requirement for this apartment. Shorter stays may be accepted at a 20% higher price.

A 20% deposit is required to be paid by credit card at the time of booking. The balance is due in cash on arrival.
