Divine III is settled on the 3rd floor of an old renovated stone building. This charismatic loft can accommodate up to 3 people. Divine III has been recently renovated and furnished with a blend of modern and rustic décor. The bedroom is located on the gallery and comes with two single beds, wardrobe and A/C. The living area has wonderful garden views and a sofa bed that can be used for a 3rd guest. There is TV, DVD and CD player. The dining table and 4 chairs can comfortably seat all of the guests should you choose to eat in instead of choosing from one of the many restaurants which surround you. The kitchenette is totally new and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare meals without hassle one: oven, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher to name just a few… The bathroom is located next to the living area and comes with a shower and wash machine. The apartment has air-conditioning (hot and cold) throughout to make your stay enjoyable whatever the season and there is wireless internet for the business traveller or for catching up with family back home. If you are looking for a unique and unforgettable experience, then Divine III is suitable for you.

Dubrovnik is the most well known destination of the Dalmatian Riviera with its famous medieval walled town, but there are many other beautiful and interesting places within easy reach by boat or bus.
Lokrum island, a UNESCO protected site, which houses the ruins of a former monastery and fort, plus a restaurant and plenty of secluded beaches, is a fifteen minute boat ride away from the Old Town harbour. Cavtat, a picturesque village, set around a harbour, is about 50 minutes boat ride from the old harbour or 20 minute bus drive. It has lots of harbour side cafes, rocky and pebble beaches, and pleasant, waterside walks. Elafiti islands are really a perfect getaway from city crowds. The most popular islands are Kolocep, Lopud and Šipan and are also the only inhabited islands. Daily departure from the old harbour or from Gruž harbour. Mljet Island is famous for its natural beauty and the west part is a National park. The park is definitely worth a trip. Daily departure from Gruž harbour. Peljesac Peninsula is well known for its wines. The whole peninsula is covered with dense evergreen and Mediterranean vegetation. On the way, stop at Ston, famous for its shellfish restaurants -the best in the region- which offer oysters as a speciality. A day trip not to be missed!

Divine111 is just off the Stradun so there are no steep steps to negotiate to explore the main attractions. However it is on the top floor so there are 3 flights of stairs. It overlooks a garden and... more |

“We did enjoy our stay at Divine III. We did like the apartment and having stayed in another one in Dubrovnik for few days at the end of the holiday I think a very strong benefit of yours is how quiet it is at night - you can sleep with the windows open. The other had a very busy late bar below, and had to sleep with the windows closed and air con on. Victor gave us a recommendation for a tour company in Korcula that organised transport back to Dubrovnik now the ferry service is not good. " Dear Isabelle & Viktor. First let me say that we had a truly wonderful time in Dubrovnik and we only wish we could have stayed 2 weeks. We loved the flat - ideal for two people. It was so convenient for everything yet really quiet and peaceful. The location of the Divine III Apartment is perfect. Inside the city walls, so no problem with noisy traffic. It is only a few minutes walk to all places of interest in the old town. At the same time, although so convenient, it was very quiet, thus providing a perfect retreat form all the hustle and bustle of the town. We did not use the buses but they stopped just outside the old town, 3 minutes walk away, for anyone wanting to go to Gruz or the beach resorts of Dubrovnik. The facilities in the apartment were fine. All the information we received about the apartment, arrival information, etc was spot-on. The booking procedure was very easy. Butterfly services provided everything we needed. We particularly appreciated Viktor arranging the day trip to Montenegro for us. It is something we very much wanted to do and in fact we were the only 2 people on the trip which made it all the more interesting. If I return to Dubrovnik, which I very much hope to do, I will certainly use Butterfly services and almost certainly choose Divine III! Its location was ideal, particularly given the lack of steps compared to other parts of the Old Town, and the fact that it was at the rear of the building you never heard any noise from the busy street below especially with the two restaurants. The decor and facilities were all that you really needed and the beds were very comfortable. The transfers were great, punctual and very comfortable. “Hope you're getting a break from the hot weather! Briony and I really enjoyed our apartment – Divine III- in Dubrovnik. The location was great - so central and accessible - and the apartment very clean and comfortable. The view from the windows overlooking the vines was wonderful to look at when eating our breakfast each morning. When the crowds got too much for us, it was so easy for us to have a break by returning to "our" apartment! The booking process was very straight forward and easy to follow. We especially appreciated the personal phone call to get the credit card details, the quick follow up to organise our pick up from the airport and Viktor meeting us and providing us with a map and information about Dubrovnik.
