This one bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of the house. It is brand new, cosy and stylish decorated. Our guests can enjoy the peaceful Lapad area from 2 balconies. Kitchen is fully equipped and other facilities in the apartment are SAT TV , ADSL wireless internet, washing machine to name a few.
The location of the house is in a Dubrovnik residential and tourist area called Lapad bay and just 100 metres from the house you can enjoy various beaches as well as perfect nature in the Petka hill (150 meters from the house). Many restaurants and bars are located in the area and the Old town is 10 min ride by Bus or taxi. (30 min on foot).

Dubrovnik is the most well known destination of the Dalmatian Riviera with its famous medieval walled town, but there are many other beautiful and interesting places within easy reach by boat or bus.
Lokrum island, a UNESCO protected site, which houses the ruins of a former monastery and fort, plus a restaurant and plenty of secluded beaches, is a fifteen minute boat ride away - take the boat from the Old Town harbour.
Cavtat, a picturesque village, set around a harbour, is about 50 minutes boat ride from the old harbour or 20 minute bus drive. It has lots of harbour side cafes, rocky and pebble beaches, and pleasant, waterside walks.
Elafiti islands are really a perfect getaway from city crowds. The most popular islands are Koločep, Lopud and Šipan and are also the only inhabited islands. Daily departure from the old harbour or from Gruž harbour.

Lapad is a residential and touristic part of Dubrovnik. The bay area is ideal for long term vacation due to proximity of various beaches, restaurants and untouched nature which is rare in urban development.
