Location of the house is in Dubrovnik's main tourist area called Lapad bay and just 100meters from the house you can enjoy various beaches as well as perfect nature in the Petka hill (150 meters from the house). Many restaurants and bars are located in the area and the Old town is 10 min ride by Bus or taxi. (30 min on foot).
Apartment takes entire 2nd floor of the house and is is approx. 100m2. Each of 3 double bedrooms has its own bathroom and a TV with SAT and AC. Living room area is combined with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room (25 m2). A sofa in the living room can easily be transformed into a double bed.(+2 persons)
There are 2 balconies and a terrace for our guests to enjoy.
This apartment is great for larger families or couple of families. 3 bedrooms - 6 persons. A sofa bed in the living room or in one of the bedrooms + 2 persons. Total 8 persons

The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region
Dubrovnik is the most well known destination of the Dalmatian Riviera with its famous medieval walled town, but there are many other beautiful and interesting places within easy reach by boat or bus.
Lokrum island, a UNESCO protected site, which houses the ruins of a former monastery and fort, plus a restaurant and plenty of secluded beaches, is a fifteen minute boat ride away - take the boat from the Old Town harbour.
Elafiti islands are really a perfect getaway from city crowds. The most popular islands are Kolocep, Lopud and Šipan and are also the only inhabited islands. Daily departure from the old harbour or from Gruž harbour.
Mljet Island is famous for its natural beauty and is a national park. Mljet is supposed to be one of the most beautiful islands in the world. There are 2 connected salty lakes and in the centre of one is a smaller forested island with a Benedictine monastery. The park is definitely worth a trip. Daily departure from Gruž harbour.
Peljesac Peninsula is well known for its wines. The whole peninsula is covered with dense evergreen and Mediterranean vegetation. Ston is famous for its shellfish restaurants -the best in the region- which offer oysters as a speciality. A day trip not to be missed!
Lapad is a residential and touristic part of Dubrovnik. The bay area is ideal for long term vacation due to proximity of various beaches, restaurants and untouched nature which is rare in urban development.
Cavtat, a picturesque village, set around a harbour, is about 50 minutes boat ride from the old harbour or 20 minute bus drive. It has lots of harbour side cafes, rocky and pebble beaches, and pleasant, waterside walks.

"Perfect Apartment - A Little Gem!"
The apartment was exactly as I had hoped. Very modern and spacious and perfect for our group of 6 friends. Bus stop to city was literally across the road and the bus came every 10 minutes. A supermark… More
Thank you very much for your kind word about our apartment. Our guest experience is very important to us in order to always improve. Your group was first of the season and this minor glitch with one of the boilers was resolved instantly. Apparently it was set for mininum from inside the unit :(.

We looked for a appartment with 3 separate bedrooms and found this on www.homeaway.dk. The description of it was just what we were looking for, and we made a reservation. Immediately we got a mail from the owner with a confirmation, and we had to pay a deposit of 150 EURO. We were arriving by plane, and the owner arranged transportation both when we arrived and left. The flat is very convienient placed close to a fine beach, and the bus is leaving just outside the door to the old town several times pr hour. We will recommend that you by a "Dubrovnik card" because you get quite a discount in the busses, and access to some museums. In the appartment, there are everything you need, include very well functioning wireless internet and the appartment is clean and new. If it's needed the owners are very helpfull. In the neighbourhood there two supermarkets, "bakery", lots of restaurants of different kind. We really enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik.
Our family is always happy when our guests had a pleasant holiday while staying at our apartment Ena. We enjoyed to have you as our guests and hope to see you again

"A very spacious, comfortable and fully equipped apartment with very helpful owners who made our stay enjoyable."
Apartment Ena is close to the supermarket, restaurants and seafront and has a bus stop nearby for travel to Dubrovnik old town. There is a walk around the bay that takes in several pretty bars overlooking the Adriatic which are well worth a visit. If you have any questions about transport or currency the owners are very helpful and offer good advice. One further plus to the apartment is a balcony big enough to have breakfast on which makes a lovely start to the day.
It is always nice to hear that our guests had a lovely holiday in Dubrovnik especially if they liked their accommodation and hosts. Thank you for your sincere review and hope to welcome you sometime again. Greetings from Vukosav family.

"Perfect place to stay with friends, plenty of space and close to facilities"
There was 5 of us staying for 3 nights and it was perfect. Plenty of space so we didn't feel on top of each other. We had our own bathrooms and plenty of outside space to follow the sun around! 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the No. 4 bus stop to take you into Dubrovnik Old Town. The island boat trip is worth doing. The owners are on hand and where helpful and friendly. We all got a chance to shower and change in their apartment before our evening flight. Thank you.

"Great location, neat place, cordial hosts."
Really great location near the city Beach in Lapad Bay, easy access to the Old City of Dubrovnik by cab, bus or even walking 40 minutes for good fitness. The apartment was clean and neat, providing needed comfort for 7 guests. All the necessary shopping nearby. Very friendly hosts, eager to assist with an advice and/or leads. Easy hassle-free booking and reasonable pricing for the accommodation offered. Hassle-free and pressure -free check out. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this property to those who would like to spend their vacation in Dubrovnik.

"This friendly, clean, well equiped accommodation was absolutely perfect for our extended family holiday."
Our family group of 8 adults and one child were attending a wedding in Dubrovnik old town and the helpfullness by our hosts really helped in making this a memorable holiday. The location for walks by the beach were perfect, the nearness of food shops was perfect. In short a lovely holiday in a well equipped appartment and I would most certainly recommend this.

"Nice apartment in a wonderful location"
Apartment is perfectly located. A lovely beach 5 minutes walk away and only a short bus ride to get to the centre of Dubrovnik. Owners really helpful. Would recommend the property to anyone.
