The Citrus Bay is situated on the ground floor of a new modern building. This lovely apartment has it's own private entrance and small garden. The apartment itself boasts lots of natural light with large windows to welcome in it's wonderful views. It can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a sea and mountain view and consists of a double bed, parquet floors and double wardrobe space for guests' belongings. The second large bedroom consists of two single beds that can accommodate up to 4 children comfortably (trundle beds). It contains a combined and very spacious open plan living and dining area with tiled floors and top of the range Italian kitchen, totally new and fully equipped with everything to make your visit a hassle free one...The dining space consists of a modern cherry wood table and six upholstered fabric chairs. The living room area has a leather sofa suite, A/C, TV, Satellite, DVD, stereo and plays station. The fully tiled bathroom comprises of a toilet, washbasin, Jacuzzi, shower with massage jets and washing machine. However the best part of this apartment is the wonderful large terrace with canopy that links the living room & dining room to the sea, offering beautiful views to the Adriatic and the Elafiti Islands. The terrace is equipped with outdoor table and 6 chairs on one side should the guests wish to enjoy some of the finer culinary treats Croatia has to offer. On the other side it offers a comfortable conservatory suite and coffee table, where you can unwind with a glass of Croatian wine whilst admiring it's spectacular sunsets.... This exclusive property offers guests the best of both worlds - privacy and seclusion with a beautiful view in a central location, perfect for relaxing!

The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region

Dubrovnik is the most well known destination of the Dalmatian Riviera with its famous medieval walled town, but there are many other beautiful and interesting places within easy reach by boat or bus
Lokrum island, a UNESCO protected site, which houses the ruins of a former monastery and fort, plus a restaurant and plenty of secluded beaches, is a fifteen minute boat ride away - take the boat from the Old Town harbour.
Cavtat, a picturesque village, set around a harbour, is about 50 minutes boat ride from the old harbour or 20 minute bus drive. It has lots of harbour side cafes, rocky and pebble beaches, and pleasant, waterside walks.
Elafiti islands are really a perfect getaway from city crowds. The most popular islands are Koločep, Lopud and Šipan and are also the only inhabited islands. Daily departure from the old harbour or from Gruž harbour.
Mljet Island is famous for its natural beauty and is a national park. Mljet is supposed to be one of the most beautiful islands in the world. There are 2 connected salty lakes and in the centre of one is a smaller forested island with a Benedictine monastery. The park is definitely worth a trip. Daily departure from Gruž harbour.
Peljesac Peninsula is well known for its wines. The whole peninsula is covered with dense evergreen and Mediterranean vegetation. Ston is famous for its shellfish restaurants -the best in the region- which offer oysters as a specialty. A day trip not to be missed!

Lapad is one of Dubrovnik’s most popular tourist areas, with a great choice of beaches, restaurants, café bars, shops and picturesque side walks. The apartment is 3km from Dubrovnik old Town and city wall with very good local bus connection. A short 5 minutes walk takes you to the charming Lapad beach itself and bus station

We would recommend the property for a family (2 adults up to 4 children).
Please note that the shortest way to the beaches, bus station & amenities is through a stairs of 96 steps.
Check- in after 4pm, Check- out before 10 am.

20% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Payment for the deposit should be made via credit card or bank transfer. The balance is due in cash upon your arrival.

Dubrovnik is beautiful and we also particulrly like our trip out to Ston and Korcula; the landsacape was stunning.
