The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region
The town of Dubrovnik is over 1,500 years old. It is surrounded by a wall that acted as a fortress against all enemies over the centuries. One of the main attractions is climbing the many steps up to the top of the wall and walking around the entire city. The view is quite spectacular and there are even cafes where one can stop and enjoy a cool drink or cup of coffee. The climate during the summer is always very warm and there are many beaches and islands in the area where you can take a dip in the sea or just lay on the beach and soak in the sun. The spring and fall are more mild in temperature but still warm and enjoyable.
Dubrovnik / Ploce area
There are many places to visit around Dubrovnik. To the South is the Konavle Wine region as well as beaches, horseback riding and many village restaurants. Also, about forty minutes from the town is the border of Montinegro where there are many places to visit. During the summer, Dubrovnik has a summer festival of plays that starts July 10th through the end of August. There is another very famous wine region just to the North that is called Peljesac that produces some of the finest wines in all of Europe.

Further details indoors: The apartment has three separate bedrooms and is very spacious and has modern furniture. It is fully airconditioned and heated and comes with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The large balcony that is right off of the living room can sit six people compfortably. There is also a smaller more intimate balcony just off of the master bedroom. Both balconies overlook the Adriatic Sea and Old Town. There are a number of stairs to reach this exceptionally compfortable apartment. However, the view is worth every step.
