The Villa is situated in the borough of Lapad - Babin Kuk with beautiful views of the city harbour and yachting port. The distance between our Villa and the beach is 300-400 meters. Lapad promenade and beach are about 10 min. walk away and offer a variety of street cafes, restaurants, live music in high season, tennis courts and a large supermarket with shopping centre and a bakery. Bus service, post-office and a bank are in the vicinity. The Old Town is 3 km. from our Villa. Parking spots and a garage are available in front of the house.

Dubrovnik is the city of an outstanding cultural and artistic life. The repertoire includes works of Croatian and world classics, performed by the leading personalities from Croatia and abroad, including a number of world-famous actors, directors, conductors, etc. So far several hundreds of them have performed in Dubrovnik. An important part of the Festival are performances of local (Lindo, Lado) and foreign folk music ensembles.
Dubrovnik / Lapad area
Lapad is large peninsula just outside of Dubrovnik Old Town that is located on it's Western side. Lapad can be easily reached by foot from either Dubrovnik Old Town or Gruz, where main bus station and ferry terminal is located. Lapad is relatevly new part of Dubrovnik and most of the town hotels are located around area of Uvala Lapad (Bay of Lapad) and Babin Kuk with large beach called Copacabana.
