This newly renovated 2-bedroom duplex apartment is perched on the hill in the Ploce neighborhood. Ploce is an elite residential neighborhood and is very popular among visitors to Dubrovnik owing to its spectacular views of the Adriatic sea and the Old Town. Old Town can be reached 10-15 minutes by foot and the sprawling Banje Beach with East/West beach club is a bit closer. Fortunately, taxis are plentiful and affordable, with the trip from Old Town costing approximately 40 Kuna (about 6 EUR). Visitors often prefer to stay in Ploce because properties there offer outdoor space, magnificent views, and a tranquil retreat from the crowded streets of Old Town, particularly in the summer months. Closer to the apartment (about 5-7 minutes' walking distance) there is a grocery store, coffee shop, bakery, and a bus stop.

With 76 square meters of interior space, two terraces (12m2 and 25m2) and a balcony, the apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests, as well as sweeping views of the Adriatric sea and Old Town below.

The apartment is located on the ground and first floors of the building, 25 steps down from parking. The ground floor features two bedrooms (one double bed, one king bed that can be separated) and a balcony. The upstairs level features a well-equipped kitchenette with breakfast bar, a dining room, a wardrobe closet in the hallway, a bathroom with shower, and a comfy living room with a double sofabed. The living room opens out to a sea-view terrace (12m2) furnished with table, chairs, and a retractable awning that gives the option of either sun or shade.

The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region

Many past and recent visitors call Dubrovnik “the pearl of the Adriatic”. Dubrovnik is becoming more and more popular with visitors from all over the world. With its uniquely preserved medieval walls, brilliant sunshine, translucent waters and dramatic mountains, the Dubrovnik Riviera is a unique holiday experience that lives up to its reputation as a premier destination. Ideal for those who want to relax and sunbathe by the clear warm waters of the Adriatic, and if you're feeling more energetic there is the magnificent Old Town to discover, or you can take longer trips on land or sea. Dubrovnik is a great base for exploring surrounding areas such as Montenegro, Mostar in Bosnia, and several charming islands.
