About the home
Two bedroom apartment in the center of Dubrovnik with big private balcony, furniture and view to the sea, the island of Lokrum, and a glimpse to the Old Town of Dubrovnik.
It consists of 95 square meters on two floors.
On the first floor there’s one bedroom with sea view, double bed and large closets, lounge / dining room, independent kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower) and a big balcony with a full sea view and furniture.
On the second floor (which is a spacious loft) there is very large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, closets, study desk and a private bathroom with shower. Sea views.
The owners care That the apartment is tidy and in order: it is the right way to begin a holiday in the apartment.
The rooms are bright, clean and large. The bathrooms are new, comfortable and complete.
The kitchen is equipped with several electrical appliances.
Sofa bed for two people (135 cm wide), dining table for six, laundry room, satellite TV, free WiFi connection, traditional ovens and microwave, dishwasher.
Private garage with two parking spaces.
The Old Town of Dubrovnik, going through Pile Gate, can be reached in 3 minutes by car and 15-20 minutes on foot.
The bus stop can be found a stone's throw from the apartment.
The owners of the property have their office on the ground floor of the building: they can provide a service for breakfast every morning.

Our customers leave us the list of things with the time delivery they would like for breakfast in the mailbox (our office is located on the ground floor of the house) or by text message.
We will give our client everything with the receipt of the supermarket.

Peaceful and panoramic. Strategic location, near the old town of Dubrovnik and the beaches.
The other areas of Dubrovnik are easy to reach (Lapad Bay with its beaches suitable for children and the new port of Dubrovnik called "Gruz " from which ferries leave for the Elafiti Islands and Mljet).
In a few minutes drive you can reach any area of the city of Dubrovnik.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are two different bus stops.

The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region


Dubrovnik region is situated in on Adriatic coast in Mediterranean region. The climate is characterized with wild warm winters and long, hot and dry summers. Besides the well known Dubrovnik you can explore the surroundings.
Island of Lokrum - Park of Nature is just 15 minutes by boat. Elaphite islands are easy to reach and they are offering a pure mediterranean as it once was. National park Mljet is one of them. Daily excursions are available to these islands as well as to the town Cavtat, picturesque meditearrnean city in beautiful region of Konavle.
The Dubrovnik / Kono area
The area of Kono is located above Pile gate , one of the entrances of the old town of Dubrovnik. It is a quiet zone.
It takes you 15 minutes of walk to the old town, and 5 minutes by car.
Few of Dubrovnik's Renaissance buildings survived the earthquake of 1667 but fortunately enough remain to give an idea of the city's architectural heritage.[citation needed] The finest Renaissance highlight is the Sponza Palace which dates from the 16th century and is currently used to house the National Archives. The Rectors Palace is a Gothic-Renaissance structure that displays finely-carved capitals and an ornate staircase. It now houses a museum. The St Saviour Church is another fine remnant of the Renaissance period, next to the much-visited Franciscan Monastery. Over the entrance is a sculpture of the Pieta that dates from the late-Gothic period but the best part of the monastery is the Cloister with a colonnade of octagonal columns.
Dubrovnik's most beloved church is St Blaise's church, built in the 18th century in honour of Dubrovnik's patron saint. Dubrovnik's baroque Cathedral was built in the 18th century and houses an impressive Treasury with relics of Saint Blaise. The city's Dominican Monastery resembles a fortress on the outside but the interior contains an art museum and a Gothic-Romanesque church.[citation needed]
A striking feature of Dubrovnik is its walls that run 2km around the city. The walls run from four to six metres thick on the landward side but are much thinner on the seaward side. The system of turrets and towers were intended to protect the vulnerable city but now make one of the most picturesque sights in the Adriatic.

Coming to Dubrovnik from Split by car
After the "Dubrovnik - Frano Tudjman" bridge, go straight on for about 3 km. You will find the apartments on the right (the same side as the sea). They are two small pink identical buildings, as shown in the photos on the site. A private access road, closed off by a bar (again on your right) is your destination point. We will be there to meet you.
Coming to Dubrovnik from Dubrovnik Airport or Montenegro:
If you wish to reach Dubrovnik by car/taxi from the airport or from Montenegro, head in the direction of Dubrovnik. You will have the sea to the left for your whole journey, until you see the Island of Lokrum and the historic centre of Dubrovnik above you.
You will find yellow road signs, showing two directions. Do not take the Dubrovnik direction, but head for Split. After two minutes you will have arrived at the apartment.

We were more than satisfied with our apartment. Would definitely recommend to all. The apartment was great, very clean and had everything we needed to make a stay a comfortable one. We also very enjoyed to meet our apartment owner. Elisa was a very nice, helpful and friendly woman. I spent 2 weeks in this flat. My stay was wonderful. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, full equipped kitchen and for sure a balcony with furniture and great sea views. Dubrovnik is such a beautiful place, you will enjoy it! |

Our family group of five (parents plus 22, 20 ans 17 year olds) was accommodated comfortably and we appreciated the privacy offered by the upper floor space and the master bedroom, with 3 shower rooms and WCs - the reality of the apartment is even better than the description. The welcome and friendliness of the apartment owners was exemplary and the convenience of the airport transfers much appreciated. In the interests of a balanced review, it is a longish walk to the old town and the two nearest beaches, with many steps, a feature of Dubrovnik which cannot be escaped if you rent this apartment! Also the basic kitchen equipment (cutlery etc) was a bit lacking, despite a full set appliances. |

I spent almost 2 months at the Ranieri apartment in Dubrovnik, due to working reasons. The position is very strategic: it's located few steps away from the Old Town and the apartment enjoys a stunning view of the sea. The apartment is brand new and fully equipped. Parking, wi-fi, satellite Tv, full kitchen equipment. I couldn't ask more.... On top of this, the place is very modern and has a nice design, which made my stay really plesant! Finally the kindness of the owners: Elisa and Marianna took excellent care of me. Unfortunately I couldn't stay longer. I highly recommend having your stay in Dubrovnik at the Ranieri apartments.

My friend and I spent several days at the Ranieri apartments in Dubrovnik and the experience exceeded all of our expectations! I was sad that I could not live there full-time! The place was impeccably clean, comfortable, the views were outstanding and the time spent sitting on the balcony overlooking the hills of Dubrovnik and the Adriatic sea was pure relaxation. Elisa and her sister were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We really wanted to have a 'local' experience and they were very helpful in recommending places that were not your standard guidebook destinations. We were very grateful to have people who really know the city offer suggestions! I highly, highly recommend staying here! We could not have been happier with the experience and hope to go back again soon.
