Home description

Villa Juliet sits on the hill, in ‘Ploce,' the best residential area of Dubrovnik, overlooking the Old Town, the Marina and the Island of Lokrum. It is a five-minute walk to the Old Town and the Beach.

The home itself comprises of three double bedrooms, modern fitted kitchen, dining area, 2 bathrooms , and a large hallway. The property has air conditioning and central heating and the view from the terrace is spectacular.

Outside there is a swimming pool and a large garden terrace with dining and lounging facilities.

- A caretaker for the property is on-site. Marjia and Martin, two very special people, live in the “apartment” above Villa Juliet ("house" to us in Ireland). The property was built in the seventies by Marjia's father. Marjia will look after you and will do everything in her power to make your stay a happy one.

- Swimming in the pool after dark is not allowed
- Water heaters to be left in the on position at all times.
- Please turn off air-conditioning and lights when not in the apartment.
- Those with mobility problems may have difficulty accessing the property as there are 80 some steps leading up to it; please enquire for further details

Conditions

- Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment. Ash trays must be used at all times on the terrace.
- Defects, deficiencies, damage to or failure of, any items in the apartment must be reported to the caretaker immediately and not left until the day of departure
- Number of occupants must not exceed the number agreed at time of booking.
- Guests must not cause a nuisance or disturb other people living in the area.
- Apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
- Bedrooms to be vacated by 13-00 hrs on the day of departure.
- Luggage can be stored in the apartment on the day of departure, as agreed with caretaker.
