Apartments are situated in the centre of Dubrovnik old town,near museum Rupe and archaeological findings of old granary today museum Rupe on address Na Andriji 9,whit beautiful view to the sea and fortress of the old town (Minceta, Bokar,Lovrjenac) and city walls. Apartments are fully equip whit air condition, bathroom,hair drier kitchen,micro owen,,coffee machine,satellite TV. Towels and linens provided. Safe disposal box. On your disposal is also wireless Internet connection free. In our peaceful apartments you will now what is mean word" I am on holiday". Public beaches is 150m from apartment called Buza 1 and Buza 2 whit cafe bars and sea view.( very popular and very romantic place)Some distance from apt. Main street (Placa-Stradun) 80m, super market 60m, green market 100m, bus station 150m, old port 150m. We always wait for guests on meet point and take them to apartment.

Further details indoors:
Dubrovnik old town centre, near museum Rupe, 80m from main street. Super market 60m, Peaceful location whit out noise of caffe bars, restaurant and disco music. Not recommended for poeple whit low mobility, because old town Dubrovnik is build on two hills and all town is only reachable by steps except main street. To apartment you have 60 steps!

Dubrovnk is exquistely beutiful. The climate of dubrovnik is typically Mediterranean: warm and sunny in the summer,cold,trought hardly ever freezing in the winter.The name Dubrovnik is thought to derive from the native word for an oak forest. The rocky outcrop on wich the city of Dubrovnik stand was once an island, separated from the mainland by marchy channel which oozed along the axis of the present day Stradun.Major sights of the old town is Rector palace,Sponza palace,franciscan friarary, church of St. Blaise, Cathedral, Rupe museum,Island Lokrum and benedictan mounastary.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Dubrovnik, made all the better for having this great little apartment as a base to explore the city and beyond. Our host, Damir, met us upon arrival in the Old Town and even helped us with our luggage. He gave us plenty of useful tips and information about the city and was always available via a text message if we had any queries. The apartment itself was well equipped for the price with a double bed, local / satellite tv, cooker/hob with two rings, fridge/freezer, microwave and fast and reliable wi-fi which was free to use. The views out over the Old Town were stunning, whichever window you looked out of. Despite being close to the city walls and only several minutes walk from the Stradun, the apartment was always peaceful. One word of caution, for an otherwise fantastic stay, the apartment is reached by climbing many steps up from the old town, and then several flights of stairs within the building. This place is perhaps not suitable for any persons with mobility issues as there is no lift available, and climbing the old town steps may be problematic. Shops and restaurants were mere minutes walk away. We suggest 'Mea Culpa' for great pizza, 'Taj Mahal' for excellent Bosnian food and 'Patisserie Niko' for tasty pancakes for breakfast. Most of the attractions were also close by and the Pile Gate, where the shuttle buses drop you off from the airport, was also only several minutes walk away. All-in-all the apartment was clean, comfortable, well-maintained and great value for money considering the location. We loved our stay here and will certainly recommend it to our friends and family. If you don't believe us - read the many messages of thanks on the noticeboard in the stairwell! |
