Apartment is situated in luxury urban Villa Orsan in part of town called Lapad, just few kilometres from historic centre of Dubrovnik. This air-conditioned, two bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen and dining apartment is very comfortable, clean, luxury equipped in peaceful part of town, still within 100 meters distance from vibrant Lapad bay promenade. This chick and friendly neighbourhood offers plenty coffee shops, restaurants, fresh food market, supermarket, bakery, live music, tennis courts, bank, post office, tourist information, day tours and beach is only short walk away. The apartment is situated on ground floor of a residential building, with direct access to the huge private terrace for outside dinning, and lazy drink.

The location of apartment is in Lapad bay 25 km from the airport, 3 km from the Old Town and 3 minute walk to bus stop or taxi. The connection with the Old Town centre is very convenient with the regular bus line # 6. The bus drives in intervals of 15 minutes, and takes only 10 minutes to Pile gate.

This apartment is ideally situated for any traveller, especially those who want to enjoy the beautiful nature and peaceful surrounding of Dubrovnik, as well some conference attendee.

This 55 m2 apartment consists of two bedrooms, one room with double bed and second with two single beds (pull out bed). This apartment comes fully equipped with all of your linens, towels, along with a full size washer which allows you to pack lighter or return home with clean clothes.

A folding baby cot is available for a young couple with a child up to 3 years old.

Modern kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and kitchenware for all your needs. The benefit of this kitchen is its openness that overlooks the living room and terrace. Dining table has seating for 4 people, as well as 4 outside one.

There is a beautiful pedestrian walkway down to the many beaches, one large sandy beach and several small pebbly beaches. You can enjoy morning walk throughout the park smelling fresh pine trees, and song of the birds.

We can arrange transfer to/from Dubrovnik Airport, to our guests.

Parking is available.

Lapad is a residential suburb of Dubrovnik that lies about 3 km northwest of the Old Town. The interior is mostly green and calm with plenty of attractive sea views and some excellent restaurants. The vast majority of hotels and private accommodation is in Lapad but because it's so residential you don't get the feeling that you're in a tourist ghetto. There are bars, cafes, restaurants and shops used by locals and visitors alike.

Bus station, taxi, restaurants, pizzerias, post office, tourist information etc. is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
