About the home

Our house is situated in a peaceful part of Dubrovnik called
Lapad. Distance between house and the sea is 300-400 meters long.
There are sandy beaches and the rocky one. Near the beach there is a promenade full of
summer entertainments (tennis, pool, a lot
of restaurants cafe bars,live music,playgrounds for kids,
swimming pool, and etc...) The market is 100
meters far from our house, bus service and the post-office, bank
and grocery shop are near too.The old city is 2 km ,(bus go to
town every 10 minutes,airport 18 km from our home.

The Dubrovnik / Lapad area

Dubrovnik itself only has a beach or two to it's name, but there are two communities only a 30 minute walk from the old town that hold the majority of the beaches in the area. The walk to/from Lapad is fascinating. There are sunbathing opportunities the entire way, but the best part is the teal blue water crashing at your feet and the islands in the distance.
