Ours is an elegant apartment preserving the traditional Dubrovnik atmosphere which renders it cozy and welcoming.

The large room is dominated by an impressive antique stone water basin. With its wooden flooring and elegant furnishings, this cozy lounge provides a tranquil cool from one of Europe's most vibrant cities. The fully fitted kitchen sits conveniently off the lounge.
Upstairs, the two double bedrooms are served by a bathroom complete with shower and bath.
There are four large windows in the kitchen and both bedrooms all overlooking
Stradun, the city´s main boulevard. This lies just 50m from your home boasting an extravaganza of boutiques, ice cream parlors and cafes.

The house itself gives onto the Prijeko Street much frequented by visitors and young people particularly thanks to its numerous Cafés, bars and open-air restaurants and its genuine vitality.

From the cultural point of view one is very close to the Sponza and Rector’s Palace, Cathedral and many other landmarks within a brief walking distance.

Perfectly located in the very center of the historic part of Dubrovnik the apartment is very well equipped and quite comfortable. Definitely a great value for the price paid. Owner was very helpful providing all the information we needed to arrange our arrival. We had very pleasant time during our stay in this apartment. Andrew

"Excellent position in the heart of the old City"
A restored apartment in an 800 year old house with one double and two single beds in two upper rooms and a lounge and kitchen in the main floor. Very close to all in the old city sights and 10 minute walk from the city gate. Very close to excellent restaurants in particular Moby Dicks seafood with is right outside the front door, the owner mr 'H' is very hospitable and the staff are all good speaking multiple languages.. Good double glazing ensures at night street noise is at a minimum. Fast wifi a bonus and a nice CD player. washing machine good. Bathroom a bit dated, but tons of hot water.for a real feel of the old city this is an excellent base to which to explore for two weeks, with travel shops nearby and car rental at the city gate for day trips.

"Quaint apartment in the heart of Dubrovnik's old town"
Location of the apartment is excellent, right in the heart of Dubrovnik's old town. Spacious accommodation over two floors. Open your windows and hear the bustle of everyday life below you. Owner helpful on booking, and Katarina very welcoming on arrival with plenty of information about Dubrovnik and what to do. The only negatives were beds top to tail in second bedroom, a bit cosy to say the least! The keys a bit temperamental- need coaxing to work properly. Overall a great apartment, highly recommended.

"The apartment was clean, well equipped and in a superb location."
The apartment was as expected from the photographs, very well equipped and had extremely comfortable beds. It was in a wonderful location with a restaurant and bakery just outside the door and the stradum just one flight of stairs down. The double glazing was very effective so any noise from the restaurant did not bother us at all. We felt very safe there and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

"Wonderful base in Old Town"
We went with another couple, all aged around 60. The location was perfect and it was really peaceful, even when the bar below was absolutely packed! With the air-conditioning it was also a welcome cool place to return to after or between trips. Everywhere in the Old Town was within 10 minutes walk so we didn't waste any time getting anywhere. The owner was very helpful with my queries about how best to get from the airport and replied to emails very promptly.

"A fanstastic apartment"
A real gem. This report is long overdue. We had initially booked another apartment in Dubrovnik. As a deposit was not required, I am not sure if the apartment owner thought we were dodgy and let the apartment and the email informing us of this was rather curt! Anyway, I did not let this get in the way so I searched and searched and sent out numerous emails and I found this beautiful apartment (every cloud has a silver lining). We stayed in this apartment in early July and really enjoyed it. It was spacious, well appointed, comfortable, and included free wifi. The location was also excellent. The apartment is in the heart of the Stradum,(one street behind) and just 1 minute stroll away from the heartstoppingly beautiful Stradum (and also only a 5 minute walk to Ploce Gate. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated. It was a real dream of an apartment, packed full of beautiful furniture! I never expected to find a combination of antiques and up-to-the-minute facilities. All in all, we had an unforgettable stay and would love to come back! The apartment is on two levels and the first floor consisted of a huge kitchen with a cooker (a rare commodity) and there was also table and chairs with loads of storage cupboards, utensils, cutlery and crockery. The lounge was also huge with antique furniture and a television. On the second floor there were two bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine. The apartment also had wifi. There are dozens of places to eat and drink nearby and the Moby Dick restaurant is just in front of the apartment. Always crowded and the staff were always cheerful but we did not manage to eat there. There are huge windows in the lounge and kitchen and clothes drying facilities were great on the window ledges. While some have commented about the bar in close proximity, that did not bother us. Our daughters heard the noise from their room but we didn’t as we were too exhausted from the day’s activities of swimming, walking and touring. In my opinion it adds to the atmosphere. The owner Matika lives in the capital but there is a representative Katarina who did a great job in greeting us, informing us of various activities and places of interest and recommended some restaurants. The owner was very kind, quick with his responses. If I ever did return to Dubrovnik, I would stay there again.

"Fantastic location, great friendly service - beautiful city"
I stumbled across this apartment whilst trying to find somewhere to stay for four nights. No sooner had I sent the query off that Matija (the owner) responded quickly. Throughout the lead up to the vacation and during, Matija speedily responded to emails and was able to even provide a taxi service to and from the airport (probably cheaper than from the airport itself). The apartment was extremely clean and spacious. We were met by our friendly host Katarina who told us where to visit etc. in case we were not sure. The apartment really is in a fantastic location, you could not wish for better. Having wi-fi really was exceptional. The air conditioning is great. We felt that it was good value for money and if Matija is reading this, I just want to say many thanks for answering all my questions via email and always being contactable. When I visit Dubrovnik again, I'll be hoping that your apartment is free.

"central clean and comfy"
This apartment is really nice, clean and so central. Its not too noisy either even though its right in the middle of everything. Would really recommend staying here. Great value for money.

"Simply wonderful place to stay in Dubrovnik!"
We arrived a little later than planned to this beautiful city, I was concerned given the hour how this would affect access to our apartment as it was gone t10pm , but we (husband and in-laws) were warmly received by Katarina despite the late hour! We also spoke with the owner who couldn't have been more helpful in guiding us to the property, which is in a beautiful location, dead central to beaches and shops alike. The apartment is just lovely, mum & dad loved especially the beautiful ornate furnishings and we all loved the airconditioning in the summer heat of Dubrovnik!! Realy comfortable apartment, perfect location and the owner and manager were just great, we felt so welcomed and comfortable, we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back! A wonderful holiday!

"Good value, great location"
The apartment was a good value and worked out well for us. The location was great and the washing machine was a nice plus for us. The air conditioner kept us comfortable in the evenings, and it was very hot during our stay. I would recommend the apartment most for adults or families with older children. It worked out well for us, we just had to be very careful with the stairs and banister as our children are very small and could fit between the slats and fall if not closely watched. The hostess was knowledgeable and friendly.
