The Bougainvilliers apartment is decorated in a simple and functional way offering accommodation near the beach and close to the historic centre of Dubrovnik. This pleasant apartment has three bedrooms and can sleep up to seven people. The bedrooms consist of twin beds and a wardrobe for the guests’ belongings. Two bedrooms come with en suite bathroom with shower unit, WC and sink unit. The three bedrooms have views on the sea and have access onto to the terrace with glorious views of Lokrum Island, Cavtat and the fishing port in the Old Town.

The living room is equipped with sofa, which converts into a sofa bed for two children or one adult. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the accessories necessary to prepare with easy any meal you require. The terrace to this apartment is long and narrow and runs along the length of the apartment where the guest can sit and enjoy some of the finer culinary treats Croatia has to offer after a busy day at the beach or from sightseeing!

The Bougainvilliers comes with an outdoor pool for use in the hot weather season, so guests will also be able to enjoy many a relaxing hour lounging by the pool should you want a change from the nearby beach. For a family or group of friends that want to relax and enjoy Dubrovnik’s beach. The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region

Lokrum island, a UNESCO protected site, which houses the ruins of a former monastery and fort, plus a restaurant and plenty of secluded beaches, is a fifteen minute boat ride away - take the boat from the Old Town harbour.

Cavtat, a picturesque village, set around a harbour, is about 50 minutes boat ride from the old harbour or 20 minute bus drive. It has lots of harbour side cafes, rocky and pebble beaches, and pleasant, waterside walks.
Elafiti islands are really a perfect getaway from city crowds. The most popular islands are Koločep, Lopud and Šipan and are also the only inhabited islands. Daily departure from the old harbour or from Gruž harbour.
Mljet Island is famous for its natural beauty and is a national park. Mljet is supposed to be one of the most beautiful islands in the world. There are 2 connected salty lakes and in the centre of one is a smaller forested island with a Benedictine monastery. The park is definitely worth a trip. Daily departure from Gruž harbour.
Peljesac Peninsula is well known for its wines. The whole peninsula is covered with dense evergreen and Mediterranean vegetation. Ston is famous for its shellfish restaurants -the best in the region- which offer oysters as a speciality. A day trip not to be missed!

We had a fantastic week and the apartment was lovely, very clean and comfortable. Your booklet of info was really useful and the ease of taxis back and forth and Viktor being there on arrival and departure made everything very easy and of course, very friendly & welcoming. Everything was described as per the website so there were no surprises apart from it being so much prettier than it looked in the photos! I think your website photos don’t show how lovely the terrace and pool are – I don’t remember there being pot plants etc in the pictures, they don’t do it justice, you should take some more photos! We were really impressed with the accommodation- Bougainvilliers apartment - it actually looked better in real life than on the web! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for home cooking. The location was also ideal. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who was too unfit or old, but for me it was great. Viktor was amazing!! We did pretty much everything he suggested and it was really nice to get a local point of view. It was also good to hear how to get around without paying for expensive cruises etc. You were also great at replying to my emails when I had queries so I really couldn’t fault your communications. Everything was great. I have already recommended you to colleagues! Amy

We greatly enjoyed our time at the apartment- Bougainvilliers- and found all the facilities very good. The only problem we had was the water heater but that only occurred in the last few days and did not really affect our stay. But other than that we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely come back again. Many Thanks Richard
