The apartment is newly renovated with a very comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen with a dining corner for 6 persons. There are two bedrooms - one with a large double bed and one with a French-sized bed. The overall size of the apartment is 73m².
All rooms have a sea and Old town view and, and there is also a lovely view from the vine-covered terrace where you can enjoy the sunsets. The living room has a sofa bed, seating for a total of 5 people, satellite TV and a Radio with CD-player. There is a bathroom with heating, bath tub, shower and hair dryer.

The most important quality of the apartment is the comfort -you don't miss anything ! Splendid view to the Old Town, to the island of Lokrum and unforgettable sunsets from the apartment terrace to the sea and Old town.
It is a short distance to the Old town and all possibilities you can find there , from rent-a-car, excursions to the islands of Elaphite , restaurants, shopping etc. All tha , you can reach in 10 to 15 minutes walk! If you do not want to walk, there is a bus stop 3 minutes from your apartment!

The vine covered terrace is quite big ( 40 m² ) with the table for 6 persons. Around the terrace is a small Mediterranean garden.

The historic Old City of Dubrovnik (UNESCO's World Heritage), is surrounded by medieval wall, which dominates the appearance of the town.
Inside of walls there are impressive Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque churches,monasteries,places and fountains as well as excellent restaurants and street cafés where one can watch daily life pass by.
The Dubrovnik / Ploce area
The city hosts Dubrovnik's summer festival of theatre plays, opera and concerts and offers a range of interesting trips in the surroundings.
There are numerous gorgeous beaches around the Old Town. The most attractive one is on the island of Lokrum, just opposite to Old Harbour (Boat-shuttle every 20 minutes )

By plane:
The Airport from Dubrovnik is 25 km away. The easiest is to take a taxi ( around 30 € ), or a bus to town( 2 € ) and than taxi (around 7 € )
By car:
Take the Highway A1 along the coast to DBK. After the Franjo Tudjman Bridge north of DBK, folow signs "Dubrovnik centar", which will brig you to a street running alongside the Walls of Old Town. When you see sign "Aerodrom/Airport Cilipi" turn left into this direktion. After about 1 km you will reach a fork where you go right direktion " Hotels Excelsior and Argentina ".Follow the street about 500m until you reach a sharp bend to right.
Instead of turning right , tur left into a smaller street Zlatni Potok , after 50m you reach the building with your apartment.
By Ferryboat:
A taxi drive from the port to the apartment will cost around 7€.

The apartment is in a superb location about 15 minutes walk from the Ploce Gate with uninterrupted views of both the Old Town and Lokrum island from a large private terrace. Inside, the apartment is perhaps a little dated but it has everything you need and is extremely comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed the sun-trap terrace and picture postcard views. The only thing to be aware of is that the entrance involves a lot of stairs so it might not suit anyone with mobility problems. Other than that, we would highly recommend it. The prices include all local taxes and all other charges(e.g. utilities, TV fees etc) . At your arrival you must give a deposit of 150,00 € that you get back after control of the apt.on your departure day.
Bedding is changed once per week.
We prefer renting per week and preferably on Saturday or Sunday. The booking becomes binding after an advance payment of 25% of total price. The bank details will be provided upon booking.In case of cancellation the advance payment will not be returned.The full payment is due 14 days before arrival.
