House (apartments) Iva is located in the centre of the Old Town of Dubrovnik, just few meters up from the main street Stradun or Placa. This is a historical part of Dubrovnik-ancient Republic of Ragusa . All the monuments, restaurants, beaches, grocery shops, town market, bars, internet cafés are at reach and there is no need to use transports. Nonetheless, house is in a quiet quarter. It is a three bedroom house and can accommodate up to 7 persons (sleeps 6+1). In addition, house has a fully equipped kitchen, AC, TV and a small balcony with a coffee table for two. Many paintings of a local authors gives the interior a special charm. Depending on a booking it can be rented as an apartment separated from the rest of the house.
