Only 50 yards from the Aircoach stop , handy for both Ferries and just 8 Minutes walk to the DART station, on bus route to the city centre 10 minutes away (the stop is right outside)

The apartments are spacious , very well presented and fully equipped SKY TV and free WIFI ,DVD, Dish Washers etc.
Comprising, private entrances, two bedroomsmasternbedrooms have Superkingsize beds and the second bedroom has Twin beds. Fully equipped modern kitchens.
Each has a small private garden so well behave pets are welcome.

Flights to Dublin Airport, from there we are on the AIRCOACH ROUTE, THE STOP IS JUST 2 MINUTES FROM THE HOUSE. PLEASE USE THE GREYSTONES BUS. GET OFF AT NEWGROVE AVENUE STOP.
Hiring a car from the Airport follow the South City or CAR FERRY signs. Go through the TOLL TUNNELL and keep straight on. At the o2 arena roundabout go straight, across the Toll Bridge.
Follow the main route at the first T Junction turn left , you will shortly have the beach/sea on your left. Go through two roundabouts and we are 100 yards past the second roundabout on the corner of Strand Road and Lea Road. approx journey 20 minutes (depending on traffic, longer at rush hour).
As we are on Dublin Bay we are between both Ferries we are very easy to find!

I spent a wonderful two months in the Mews (from October to December 2012) of Seaview, Strand Road 21 in Dublin. It is a two bedroom, well equipped and clean apartment. It has a small garden at the back with a BBQ. The nicest thing is the comfort and privacy but also the proximity to the Sandymount Village Green, with the supermarkets, post office, butcher and nice restaurants and pubs. On top of that, the Aircoach and other bus stops are just about 150 meters down the road, giving excellent transport options to the city center or the airport. I can strongly recommend the Mews and the proprietor will go out of her way to attend to anything that might crop up. |

We loved being a bit out of Dublin, but very accessible (less than 15 minutes to downtown). Found all we needed in Sandymount, great restaurants, pubs etc. so didn't feel compelled to go into... more |

Payaments can be accepted by Bank Transfer or cheques andwe are authorised by our bank to accept Visa or Mastercard credit card payments.
We can accept payment in Euro, Sterling or whichever currency you prefer.
The apartment can be reserved upon payment of 50% of the rent the balance is not due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
Please note that there is a £50 additional charge for Bank Holiday weekends
As standard with self catering rentals we also request a separate cheque for 100euro (or £75.00), this will only be cashed in the event of actual damage or excessive cleaning being required .
