Each well appointed apartment has its own entrance and private garden with barbecue etc. This is the ideal base to enjoy all the delights of Dublin. We are confident that we have supplied you with everything you need to enjoy your stay but if you have any special requirements please do not hesitate to ask we will do our best to assist you where possible.
You will enjoy being able to walk on the beach after a day shopping in town or relax after visiting The National Gallery, Jameson Storehouse, Guninness Theatres, Museums etc..
It is just a short stroll along the seafront to the charming Sandymount Village with its quaint " Green," and award winning restaurants, bistros, friendly pubs and small shops and supermarkets. see for yourself why this is the most sought after residential area in Dublin.
Unrestricted On Street Parking ,we are close to the DART station and next door to the bus stop . As we are actually on the Aircoach route access from the airport is simple.

You can visit the coastal towns or venture farther afield to the Dublin Mountains, Wicklow or the many charming rural destinations.

Dublin Airport is served by most carriers. The Aircoach service from the airport stops just a minute from the house. The journey takes approx 30 minutes. Fare is 8euro for a single journey.

Each apartment has a small sunny private garden with suitable furniture. Gas or charcoal barbecues supplied.
Sandymount Strand is directly opposite the house with a lovely promenade where Dubliners come to walk and enjoy the fresh air. The Strand is used for many pusuits and different activities .
There are tennis courts, gyms and swimming pools in the immediate vicinity.


Further details

We request a 100euro or £75.00 damage deposit which we ask to be sent as a separate cheque. This will only be cashed in the event of actual damage, or if the apartment requires special cleaning to remove the results of smoking.


During winter months electricity and gas will be metered and charged separately

As we are unable to give refunds please ensure you have holiday insurance.

The owner reserves the right to alter rental rates


Conditions

Reservation are made on payment of 50% of the rental the balance plus a separate Accidental Deposit cheque are not due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

We assure you the apartment will be cleaned and ready for your arrival after 3p.m. and so we request that you vacate the apartments no later than 11am ,unless by specific arrangement . We will of course try to facilitate you if at all possible.


We reserve to alter rates on this site but any previous bookings will NOT be affected.

Guestbook for Seaside apartment in the city

Seaview is a rare find! it is so well situated, access to the Dart and bus made it ideal for us are we did not bring our car. It was spotlessly clean and very cosy even on a dark winters night!
We fully intend to return during the summer and bring our dog who will just love the beach opposite the house
We got some very good advice and tips from the owner who is always just a phone call away if we ever had a question.
The description was good but the rooms are much bigger than the photos suggest.

There was so much to do and see in Dublin.......we were never bored this was our first visit and it was so much better than we could have anticipated. The chidren and dog loved walking on the beach at low tide ,the parents loved the convenience of the beautifully appointed apartment We could not have made a better choice. We would recommend this apartment to couples, families or for a business trip. It is so convient to the city centre but you feel like its a seaside holiday. BMN. London

We have just returned from a super visit to Dublin and we couldnt have found a better place to stay! We got all our groceries in the sweet little shops in the village and ate there nights if we didnt feel like going back into the city. It was so great to walk along the searoad back "home" We were made feel so welcome it just felt like our home. The bus outside had us right in the city in minutes and we saw all the great sights. As it was sunny when we were there we liked the garden and had a long walk on the sands most days.We will be sure to recommend you to friends and have told our families already! CM

The apartment was comfortable and very well organised . The rooms were nicely furnished , we sat in the sun and had a barbecue on two nights . We all loved staying by the sea and enjoyed seeing all the Dublin sights.

This is a real find! we ate in the village every night , had a drink in the pubs and met the locals!
The children and the dog loved running and playing on the beach opposite. It was just so easy to get into the city from here too. We loved the open bus tours and there was just so much to see and do. The summer of 2008 was our first holiday in the Mojacar area. It turned out to be one of our best holidays..Mojacar is such a lovely place Iverna,s apartment was just great. Clean as could be Spotless beds and bedlinen The terraces are great to sit out on I spent many hours relaxing and just watching the world go by The sea view is just fantastic We hired a car at Almeria which is really a necessity Here too Iverna,s advice proved great... My family and I had a wonderful two weeks in Mojacar last August (2008).
This super apartment was exactly as the friendly owner had described and the lovely photograph's suggest. We were given very helpful information about the place and surrounding area, with lots of useful and thoughtful tips. The view from the terrace is really delightful and the perfect place to sit, eat, drink and relax sunbathing or just watching the world go by. We spent our days; either relaxing on the terrace, swimming in the shared pool, or playing games with our 11 and 8 year old son's on the beautiful beach and jumping through the waves - the sea was quite rough at times, despite absolutely perfect weather. But we all loved it!

We did eat out in some of the restaurants but rather liked having our meals sitting out on the large terrace where the view looks so pretty, especially at night and we could then chat, read, and play cards. The apartment has all you need to make your stay thoroughly comfortable so cooking etc. is easy. A car is definitely a good idea especially if you want to go sight seeing and the road up to the apartment is quite steep!! However the climb is worth the effort, as the splendid panoramic views are truly memorable once you reach the apartment.

I would recommend this as an excellent place to stay if you want to get away from it all and enjoy simple pleasures. We were sad to leave, but really felt refreshed and energized by a most enjoyable holiday.
