Pets welcome , having the secure garden and the miles of beach across the road its ideal for dogs.
We are in a fabulous location,in Dublin's prime residential area. Just a short stroll to the charming Sandymount Village with its quaint Village Green, award winning restaurants, bistros, friendly pubs and small shops and supermarkets. Close to DART and on a direct bus route to town or a short taxi ride.
We are Irish Tourist Board Approved for your peace of mind, so important when booking on line.
You will find each apartment very well equipped and furnished to a high standard.
It is an ideal base from which to enjoy Dublin and the surrounding areas.
We have unrestricted onstreet parking and are close to public transport should you wish to avoid parking!! We hope you find everything you need to enjoy your stay but if you have any specific requests please do not hesitate to ask. Its also ideal if you come by car as we have Unsrestricted on street parking ...we are also close to both Car Ferry Ports. So you can visit the coastal towns or venture farther afied to the Dublin Mountains, Wicklow or the many delightful rural destinations.
For Golfers its paradise with so many championship courses within a one hour drive.

We request a 100euro damage deposit which we ask to be sent as a separate cheque. |This wil only be cashed in the event of actual damage, loss or requiring excessive cleaning
During winter months electricity and gas will be metered and charged separately
As we are unable to give refunds please ensure you have holiday insurance.
The owner reserves the right to alter rental rates
Conditions
Reservation are made on payment of 50% of the rental the balance plus a separate Accidental Deposit cheque are not due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
We assure you the apartment will be cleaned and ready for your arrival after 3p.m. and so we request that you vacate the apartments no later than 11am ,unless by specific arrangement . We will of course try to facilitate you if at all possible.
We reserve to alter rates on this site but any previous bookings will NOT be affected.

The children thoroughly loved the Mews, they played on the beach with the dogs every day and it was hard to believe we were on a city break! Dublin is a great city with much to see and do , The Mews was a great base for us. WB Surrey.

The apartment was comfortable and very well organised . The rooms were nicely furnished , we sat in the sun and barbeque'd on two nights . This is a real find! we ate in the village every night , had a drink in the pubs and met the locals! The children and the dog loved running and playing on the beach opposite. It was just so easy to get into the city from here too. We loved the open bus tours and there was just so much to see and do. Thank you for suggesting good places to see and for being so helpful.
