The apartment is in an excellent location, just minutes from the city centre. Bus stop is outside the apartment. Airport coach stops outside the apartment. Barrow Street train station is 3-4 minutes walk. It is ideal for short and long term breaks for business or leisure stays. This is the perfect location within walking distance from the city centre and with local amenities including Sportsco Gym, Barrow St medical centre, Ballsbridge, RDS, Aviva Stadium, Baggot Street, Grand Canal Dock and IFSC. The property also benefits from security gates and beautiful communal gardens. There is also an onsite gym.

The property is situated at the start of Ringsend Road, Dublin 4. It has wonderful views over the Grand Canal Basin and the Dublin Mountains from both bedrooms. It is minutes walk from Google HQ on Barrow Street.
The Grand Canal Theatre can be seen from the living room balcony and is just 5 minutes walk. There are many fine restaurants and pubs in the area and a range of water sports in the Canal Basin just outside the property.
There is a bus stop across the road from the property with regular service every 10-15 minutes to the City Centre which is a 15-20 minute walk. The Dart Train Station is 200 metres away on Barrow Street with a regular service to the City Centre.
The O2 Theatre is across the river Liffey from the property and a 15-20 minute walk. The Aviva rugby and soccer stadium is visible from the bedrooms and a short 5-10 minute walk as is the RDS and Ballsbridge area.
