Set in our Victorian property and completely renovated, this studio apartment has all the comfort of your own space while visiting Dublin. Free wifi and parking.

The "Parnell" studio is the most recent addition to our Dublin vacation rentals at "Tigh Tirconaill" in the historic Kilmainham area.

Refurbished to an extremely high standard this Victorian apartment retains it's quaint charm while providing comfortable modern accommodation in today's Dublin.

A beautifully bright apartment it has a large window overlooking the patio to the rear. Fully equipped kitchen with full cooker, micorwave oven, fridge and dishwasher plus all the necessary utensils. Good size bathroom with electric shower. The studio has a "Murphy'" bed which can be folded up when not in use providing extra living space.

With classic Victorian high ceilings, and large window, the studio is bright and airy.

It comes fully equipped with microwave, cooker, fridge,dishwasher, iron, ironing board and hairdryer to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as can be.

The Neighbourhood

This street is a beautifully tree lined street with all the necessary conveniences such as supermarkets, butchers, pharmacies, bars and restaurants.

Close to the War Memorial Gardens and about a 30 minute walk from the "Phoenix Park".

This park is the largest urban park in Europe and houses Dublin Zoo and the presidential home and offices as well as a children's playground. It is a wonderful park to visit and spans over 1750 acres.

The street also has beautiful Victorian red bricked houses all along it which date back to the 18th century so it really is a taste of old Dublin.

Some of Dublin's top attrractions are situated just a short walk away, with Kilmainham Gaol and the Royal Hospital of Kilmainhman. One can commence the "Dubline" trail and explore Dublin on foot.

Getting around

The bus route right outside the house will take you directly to the city centre via "Guinness Storehouse, "St. Patrick's Cathedral", Dublin Castle and Trinity College. The Luas (just a 5 minute walk) travels via "Jameson Distillery", Collins Barracks Museum, Abbey St and the O2.

Public transport is regular and convenient.

We can also provide a taxi transfer from the airport if requested.

    Lovely studio, well equipped and clean. Good interaction with host's representative Valerie on site. Location for transport in and out of Central Dublin was easy and quick.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How can I retract my booking request?

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Timothy (the owner) a message.

    If Timothy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
