Rates are per suite per week and charged in UAE Dirhams subject to 10% Municipality Fee and 10% service charge. Daily exchange rate will prevail.
Booking Policy:
Short stay: Less than a month
Payment Policy: Reservations are confirmed on validation of your credit card number.
Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
• You may cancel your reservation free of charge 48 hours prior to arrival.
• For any cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival a charge of one nights stay will apply.
• Reduction in length of stay or early departure will result in a one night charge.
Long Stay: 30 days up to 89 days inclusive.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit equal to one month’s stay is required. This will be due on arrival and refunded on departure, provided that no damage or loss of property is sustained by Emirates Marina Hotel & Residence.
Payment Policy
• 15 days pre-payment is required for confirmation of the booking
Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
• Cancellation and amendments from date of confirmation and up to 7 days prior to arrival shall incur a charge equivalent to seven nights’ stay.
• Reduction in length of stay or early departure shall incur a charge equivalent to the cost of the remaining number of nights reserved, to a maximum of 7 nights.
• If you have made a prepayment the cancellation amount will be retained and the remaining amount will be reimbursed.
