The Dubai region
Dubai is located on the Eastern cost of the Arabian Peninsula with beautiful views of the Arabian Gulf. Dubai has a very warm climate with sunshine all year round. It has been beautifully landscaped, with palm tree lined roads and flowered areas - a very stark contrast to the surrounding desert.
The local people are very welcoming, with a healthy and diverse mix of cultures and language. Dubai itself is like nothing you will have ever seen before. It is a place where nothing is impossible in terms of architecture with some of the most stunning modern buildings in the world to view. The Burj Dubai is the worlds tallest building with plans to extend further! A trip to the man made Palm is also recommended. Some things just have to be seen to be believed!
Dubai is undoubtedly a world class international shopping and entertainment location. If you require more from your holiday than the luxuries the pool and beach can offer you there are many activities for the more adventurous amongst you. There are a huge range of exciting sports and activities for you to partake in. You can go skiing in Ski Dubai or how about a trip to the desert, dune bashing!! There are also frequent bus tours of the city taking in the major sights, visit the spice and gold souks etc. Dubai is a place oozing luxury and nowhere more so than the Burj Al Arab, the worlds only 7* hotel. There is something completely decadent about having afternoon tea there looking out onto the stunning Arabian Gulf.

Dubai Marina area
Dubai Marina is a purpose built new residential development, comprising high-rise towers situated around a man-made marina at the foot of the palm Jumeirah.
Popular attractions such as the Burj Al Arab, Emirates Golf Course, Marina Mall, Mall of the Emirates (containing Ski Dubai), Wild Wadi Waterpark and the newly opened Atlantis with its amazing water park are only a few minutes away. Government Taxis are very plentiful and easy to hail from the street.
The vibrant Marina Walk is about five minutes walk from the apartment. Here there are many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets enabling you to eat with the stunning marina views as a background. The newly opened Marina Mall is also a five minute stroll and containing shops such as Waitrose and Boots it is like a home from home!
The apartment is an ideal base to explore the amazing sights and activities Dubai has to offer.
How to get there
Dubai airport is 45 mins away by taxi at an approximate cost of 60 Dirhams. Taxis are readily available at the airport and can be easily flagged down around Dubai. Thrifty car hire is also located at the airport should you wish yo organise your own transport.

Further details indoors: The apartment has been furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The entrance area leads to a large living area with a beautiful dining area. There is a three seater sofa, armchair, coffee table. large flat screen TV, English satellite, DVD, CD player. Full A/C. Sliding patio doors lead out onto the first balcony containing a table and chairs allowing al fresco dining whilst overlooking the marina.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets,and A/C. A door leads to the second balcony again equipped with a table and chairs and views of both the marina and Sheikh Zayed Road.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of four people. No pets are allowed inside the apartment at any time. The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
Conditions
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required with your booking. The balance of the rental is due 10 weeks prior to your holiday.
A £300 refundable deposit is required on booking. This will be returned in full within two weeks of departing the apartment subject to no breakages etc.
