"Fair but lacking some basics"

Positive points - Location.

The location of this apartment is superb, plenty to see and do in and around the Marina area and the balcony views are fabulous. Metro station is close by as are all sorts of shops, restaurants, bars etc.

Negative points - lack of thought regarding self catering facilities.
In the kitchen there was no dish cloths to wash or dry dishes. Additionally there was no washing up liquid either so I had to purchase both at the local store. I feel these items in a kitchen are essential so wasn't expecting them not to be there. Duvet cover in the bedroom is a little 'interesting' if you like leopards. Also a lack of mirrors in the apartment and no socket next to the one mirror in the bedroom to blow dry your hair.

In the Living Room there are no instructions on how to work the TV system - in fact there were no instructions how to work anything, or even put out the trash - which I figured out having stayed in a high rise before.

Not Good - no Wifi for my entire stay. Local agent was called and sent multiple text. He sent someone round but they didn't manage to do anything other than say it 'wasn't working'. Local agent was sent further text, he sent me a colleagues mobile number to contact, which I did and received no response. Local agent who admitted wasn't technical offered to come round to look at the router - but that was at midnight so really not a good time. Hot water was not plentiful, only one shower during the whole week was warm. Every other day, and only after running taps for 20+ minutes, did the temperature become 'bearable' but was in no way warm or hot.

I am glad that you liked the location.

However, I am surprised about another things you wrote as I never received any claims from you.

We have a maintenance team who comes and fix everything. We have administrators who are showing how to use TV/internet and other things in the apartment during the check in.

We manage the claim within 24 hours maximum,normally much faster.

If the concerned person is not answering for some reason, all our guests has other numbers to call to.

Unfortunately we can not fix anything if we don't have a claim or notification from the guest.

Shame because the things you write would take few minutes to be fixed- towels, wifi, hot water etc.

Hope your next stay will be more enjoyable for you.

In the apartments we already made the maintenance and refreshed it as to feel comfortable is one of the most important things- that's why people prefer apartments instead of hotels- there is more space,there is a kitchen etc.
