With sleeping accommodations for 6, this 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom exquisitely furnished home combines modern amenities in a convenient location within walking distance to hundreds of area attractions, restaurants and shops.


The contemporary designer furnishings in the Silverene would make Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe feel right at home. In fact, their pictures adorn the wall of the elegant décor of the lounge where the comfortable seating offers an ideal location for enjoying the Sony flat screen internet television and Blu Ray DVD Player. When in the mood for music, the iPod docking station offers the sweet sounds of your favorite tunes.

A modern dining table in glass and steel provides a space for eating, and the full length balcony is also home to another table for dining alfresco amid the beauty of the cityscape and marina below. The ultra-modern kitchen in ebony and white offers all the utensils needed for meal preparation, and the space is also home to a full size washer and dry for all your laundry needs.

A short walk down the hall leads to the master ensuite bedroom with visually appealing furnishings and king size bed designed to bring feelings of relaxation and comfort after long days of holiday adventure. The ensuite bathroom offers clean aesthetics shower over bath tub , water closet and bath linens. The second bedroom supplies two twin beds, richly furnished in cream and cocoa bed linens. This room’s floor to ceiling windows open onto the terrace balcony for magnificent views any time of day, and the room is also adjacent to the family bathroom,with walk in shower, water closet and sink.

Silverene Apartments offer guests resort luxury including a pristine swimming pool amid lush palms and plants as well as a relaxing spa for evening relaxation. Silverene is located in the Dubai Marina right next to theDubai Marina Mall, and with the benefit of a large chain supermarket within the building. This convenient location provides a short walking distance to area shopping and dining, and travelers may reach their destination by sea with the water taxi stop right in front of the building.

This is the closest building to Dubai Marina Mall. It is postioned right on the waters edge, with the Dubi Water Taxi station right outside Silverene. This building is brand new, and was only completed in November 2011.
It is simply beautiful. Walking distance to Metro Beach and over 100 restaurants.

“Silverene” Silverene was a fantastic apartment to stay in. I was immaculate and the location was fantastic right beside the Dubai Marina Mall and a 5 minute walk to the beach and there was also a supermarket in the building which was open till 1.00am. The pool was fantastic and there were plenty of sun beds. “great service, great communication, and a genuine hidden gem!” The apartment at Silverene was more than what we expected. It was furnished to the highest standard. We were very impressed at what the apartment had to offer. Basic facilities aside, all the decor was spot on. We couldnt have asked for a better place. We had 4 adults and 2 little children, the space didnt feel tight at all. The balcony space was great to enjoy breakfast and chill out. The location was perfect. It was a few minutes walk from the Marina Mall, a great view of the marina, lots of eateries, easy taxi access and a few minutes walk from the metro. Not too far away from the hub of Dubai but a nice little self-contained place by itself. Even better was that Silverene was located right in front of the Dubai Ferry Terminal. We genuinely couldnt have asked for a better location or flat. Definetly got good value for our money and a genuine gem. In the future, I would recommend to family and friends, and also should we visit Dubai again, we would definitely use your service again. We got what we paid for, there was no messing about and our communication before we left was also much appreciated. This place isnt just ideal for families with young kids but ideal for solo travellers or people travelling with friends. There wasnt any outdoor noise to complain about either! Decor is most important as I believe colours can enhance my guests to relax and enjoy their surroundings to the max!
