The Bastide Bleue rental season start from May 3rd 2008 and ended September 27 th 2008 Prices may be subject to change at the owner’s discretion. Prices listed are per week. Arrival time after 4 pm Saturday and not later than 8 pm ,departure time before 12 am Saturday. Early arrival on request All reservations have to be accepted before confirmation. A 50% deposit is requested within 3 days of placing the booking Total payment must be done 8 weeks prior the first day of reservation. A refundable damage deposit of € 350 is also required at the same time. The deposit will be refunded 15 days after the last day of your reservation date if no damage have been detected when inventory control will be done by the company which will welcome you and will give you the keys
Conditions
No pets If your reservation is done and accepted less than 8 weeks before your arrival the total payment and refundable deposit have to be send within 3 days of placing the booking. Please tell our housekeeper if you have broken anything so it can be repaired or replaced for the next guests. Our guest are required to leave the property in the same condition with regard to cleanliness and tidiness as they found it. CANCELLATION : - More than 45 days prior to the date of arrival, cancellation will be charge 30% from the week’s price and the total refundable deposit will be return. - Between 45 and 30 days prior to the date of arrival, cancellation will be charge 65% from the week’s price and the total refundable deposit will be return. - Less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival cancellation will be charge 100% of the week’s price and the total refundable deposit will be return.

2006 Marilyn & Fred from Boulder Colorado We certainly enjoyed the use of your beautiful well-equipped home while we were vacationing here. The Gorges du Verdon were spectacular and we especially enjoyed visiting many of the small villages in the Var. 2007 Mr. and Mrs Niels Paige Thank you very much for providing us with such a lovely house for our holidays. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would (and will) recommend it to anyone. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived ( we did our best to leave it that way) so full marks for your cleaner .
