Hi Kyle, thanks for completing your review. It was unfortunate that the oil heating wasn't working on the Friday night but we did get it working on Saturday morning. Apart from that I hope you enjoyed your stay. Regards Oonagh

"perfectly suitable for a rural holiday near to the beach"
This rental gave us a very comfortable family holiday in a beautiful part of Donegal. Facilities were ample with good sized bedrooms and shower facilities which were essential after an exhilarating day on the water. We were able to enjoy many good walks from the cottage as well as relaxing indoors and still enjoy the fabulous views.

"Spacious, cosy, great views, and a wonderful time"
We stayed in Croaghatur in August last year and had a fabulous time. The house was spacious and yet cosy. The views were fantastic and everyone including the extended family had a great time. We went to different beaches every day and walked to the headland behind the house which was breath-taking. We barbecued in the evening with tasty steak and burgers from Micky Joes !
I would recommend this house to anyone for its location, comfort and facilities. we hope to be back again this year.

"Scenic, comfortable family holiday home."
We loved this property! Comfortable, clean and a really nice open plan living/dining area with views across the bay. On the Atlantic drive which was ideal for walks and cycling. Short drive from Downings and the amenities, as well as being close to a number of attractive beaches.

"Great house and fantastic location"
The house was great - very comfortable, clean and warm, it had all we needed. Beautiful scenery and fantastic walks with amazing views just up behind the property. We had 10 family members staying in the house and it had ample room for all of us. Lovely holiday and would definetly return!

"highly recommended all round"
Beautiful comfortable home with the most amazing views from most rooms. We stayed here over the Easter period with older teenage family and grandparents and plenty of room for all with excellent facilities. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here - car required to get into town of Downings (approx 5-10 mins away) where fabulous beaches and walks. Lovely walk from house to headland behind - peace and tranquiltiy combined with amazing views and a beautiful house with all comforts - highly recommended and i look forward to staying here again in the future!
