Hall Farmhouse is an elegant period farmhouse, recently refurbished, with a huge outdoor pool and snooker house and large spacious rooms to comfortably accommodate families or groups of friends wishing to spend time together. Views to both front and back are stunning .
The beautiful farmhouse boasts deep sofas,open fires, 4 poster beds and luxurious bedding.
The 30ft long kitchen has an Essie range as it focal point .
A formal Dining Room, with white linen tablecloths is fully equipped to host large special occasion dinners.
Two of the en-suite bedrooms have 4 poster beds, and all five bedrooms are both spacious and elegantly furnished.
Swim, bounce, play football, climb trees, be an adventurer, go on a discovery mission...there is simply no room for boredom during a holiday at Hall Farmhouse!

Linens are provided at Hall farmhouse. Towels, including pool towels are not provided.
A Junior bed is available on request for younger guests.

Hall Farmhouse has a large outdoor swimming pool, which is fenced and measures 40x20ft and can be heated on request, between May and September, at an additional cost of £30.00 per day.
In addition there is a large BBQ and patio area with a mixture of luxury sunbeds, deckchairs and outdoor chairs.
The 2 acre garden has a 15ft trampoline with a safety net, a large set of goalposts, a snooker table, football table and a basketball area.
Immediately behind the garden lies a further 7 acre paddock which is privately owned by Hall farmhouse.
Conditions
A Non refundable 30% deposit is required to secure a reservation , with the balance payable 8 weeks in advance.
A £500.00 security deposit is required, which is refundable following a satisfactory inspection of the house by the caretakers on departure.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am, unless alternatives have been agreed in advance.
Cancellations inside 8 weeks of arrival are subject to 100% of accommodation cost, leaving only the £500.00 security deposit for refund.

Norfolk and the East Anglia Region is an important tourist region on England's East Coast.. The house is well placed within the region for visiting the cities of Norwich and Cambridge, both of which are within a 45 minute drive .The region has an abundance of facilities for accommodating families on holiday and centres of fishing, golfing, cycling, walking , horse riding and boating are all within easy reach.
The Downham Market / Boughton area
The picturesque village of Boughton is situated 6 miles south of the pretty market town of Downham Market, and 12 miles from Kings Lynn.
The village is surrounded by miles of beautiful countryside for walking and cycling.
The immediate area is crammed full of family friendly activities from the National Trust's Oxborough Hall and Gardens, to 'Go Ape' at Thetford Forest, Stow Bardolph's Rare Breeds Petting Farm and Indoor Play Area, Gooderstone Water Gardens and the Ecotech Centre at Swaffham.
