Ancient timbers, beautiful brickwork, a vaulted ceiling, old Persian rugs on a stone floor , comfy leather sofas in front of the log-burning stove – just some of the charms awaiting you in the Barn at Logmore.
It's a big, versatile space - a dining room, a library, a snooker room, and sitting room all in one. The compact open plan kitchen is fully equipped. And each of the three beautifully furnished bedrooms, (one downstairs, two upstairs) has its own private bathroom or shower-room.
But that's just the beginning of the Barn experience. Walk outside to find our medieval farmhouse, built in 1464, and you'll discover you are surrounded by farmland and the amazing woodlands of the Surrey Hills. With nothing other than horseriders, walkers and the odd cyclist passing by, Logmore is a rural escape where you'll meet a host of wildlife, from our very own badgers, ducks and deer, to the doves and bees, and even the enormous carp in our pond. It's a different world , yet so close to Westcott village and Dorking town.

Warm and cosy in the winter with central heating plus a roaring log-burning stove in the brick inglenook, the barn is a wonderful way to experience country living.
In summer it's cool and open with lots of places to sit or eat outside in the shade or in the sun.

Barn is part of the farm. We have horses, chickens and ducks - so lots of fresh eggs and seasonal vegetables from the garden.
We have our own spring water from our well, and lots of interesting places to walk nearby. There is no motor traffic once you reach the farm.
The South East England region
Convenient for London, the south coast and both main London Airports.
Surrey has plenty to offer: the many significant landscapes, such as Box Hill to the the North of Dorking, as well as the many typical English villages.
The Cathedral of Guildford, which is a post war cathedral was made of clay bricks made from the hill the cathedral stands on, is well worth a visit.
There are also several theme parks: Thorpe Park, Chessington and Alton Towers.
Surrey Hills area is full of beautiful walking and riding country, great pubs and restaurants, interesting towns and villages, and even has England's largest vineyard at Dorking, just 2 miles away.
Dorking is a market town and is a very traditional English rural town. It has a vibrant community with a strong sense of history.
The good food and drink, the architecture and heritage as well as the antiques and the shopping will delight all visitors.
