Private and modern annexe that has been recently refurbished to a high standard and provides a wonderful rural retreat for couples or young families. The bedroom is a stylish sanctuary with a king size bed, sumptuous duvet and selection of pillows. There is a modern bathroom and a large lounge/kitchen/diner with a well equipped bar style kitchen looking out into the lounge and dining areas. Lastly there is a small private patio with views over the garden. Perfect for enjoying a cool drink after a busy day exploring.

The accommodation is offered as a B&B on a nightly rate or self catering on a weekly rate.

The nightly rate includes a DIY continental breakfast including bread, a range of jams, spreads, cereals, yogurts and teas. Coffee, milk, eggs, fruit juice and fresh fruit. Don't worry about the washing up, this is included in the daily service of the accommodation.

A welcome basket of tea, coffee, milk and cake are provided for weekly self catering lets so you can enjoy afternoon tea on arrival.

We were mortified that you had problems with the shower and appreciated you bringing it to our attention. Rest assured it has now been fixed. Since your visit the annexe is being offered on a self-catering as well as B&B basis and so we have improved the facilities to include a DVD player, washing machine and a larger range of kitchen cooking equipment.
