Conveniently just minutes from the entrance to the Doonbeg Golf Course, this rental property boasts rear views of the renowned Doonbeg Golf course. ‘An Chuileann' is also just a short drive to the villages of Lahinch, Liscannor, Miltown, Kilrush, Kilkee and other popular West Clare Villages.
If you wish to stay close to home, enjoy the village of Doonbeg which has quaint local shops, pubs and restaurants, whilst the main villages of West Clare are easily accessible where you will find entertainment for all ages. Further details indoors: The airy lounge has been furnished with plush red sofas, leather chair with ottoman, matching tables and mission style reading lamps. You can relax after a long day while watching the 27 inch satellite television, a DVD or just listening to music.
The spacious eat in kitchen has been fully equipped with all new appliances; pots and pans, stone dinnerware, and glasses. You can dine by fire light at the expandable kitchen cherry table with seating for 4 or more people. The dining room has also been furnished with a solid oak dining table that seats 6 or more people. From the dining room you will be able to access the patio through sliding glass doors. While on the patio you will relax and enjoy exquisite views of the surrounding countryside. This patio is set in local ‘Liscannor Stone' and boasts a new wrought iron patio set complete with umbrella, a chaise lounger and a separate seating area with a coffee table and beautifully landscaped lawns.
This house has four bedrooms and each bedroom has a floor to ceiling wardrobe. Sleeping accommodation is available for 6 people and a queen sized air mattress is also available to provide additional sleeping accommodation for 2 more people. Three of the four bedrooms provide unhindered views of the Atlantic Ocean and Mutton Island with the 4th facing the green Irish countryside. The fully furnished master bedroom is outfitted with an en suite bathroom and electric shower, satellite television and a DVD player. There is a large queen sized bed in the master bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have been furnished with single beds, and another room offers a double bed with vanity table. All of these spacious rooms have been equipped with colourful cotton linens of the highest quality. The main bathroom of this house also has a newly installed electric shower with a full tub for those deep soaks after a long day on the links!
