Plenty of books about the locality to browse through for when you venture out to explore the surrounding area. Doolin Village is one and a half miles away - lively traditional music in all three pubs and plenty of great restaurants to choose from in Doolin and the area. Cliffs of Moher are 5 mins away. Burren is 10 mins drive. Ferries from Doolin Pier to the Aran Islands (in season). Nearest beach is Fanore about 10 mins away. Golfing in abundance. World Famous Lahinck Links Course and the Greg Norman designed Doonbeg Links are within easy reach. For those rainy days, a full DVD library to choose from and also a pool table and full bookcase. Laptop available with internet access and printer, ipod base with speakers and local calls on the telephone provided.

Co Clare has lots to offer visitors, sightseeing, horseriding, exploring the Burren, Aillwee and Doolin cave, golfing in abundance and learn to surf! Plenty of great restaurants in the area and live, traditional music at all three pubs, McGanns, McDermotts and O'Connors in Doolin Village.
Scenic drives along the coast or up to the stunning Cliffs of Moher just 10 mins drive away. Take the ferry from Doolin Pier out to the Aran Islands where time stands still.
Bunratty Folk Park has plenty to offer all the family. Fanore Beach is 15 mins drive way - watch the surfers here! Lahinch is also closeby.
