Beyond the kitchen is a study/small lounge which leads out into the walled back garden. Also here to the rear of the house there is a utility room with WC, washing machine and dryer. From the kitchen there is access to a further small kitchen area and staircase access to the large twin bedded room & en-suite on the first floor.
The staircase leads from the main kitchen to the sitting-room on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms are also found on this floor- one double bedded with en suite bathroom/WC and pretty views to the rear and another door from the sitting room leads to the aforementioned twin bedroom en-suite.
On the top floor there are two pretty bedrooms up in the eaves, one double and one twin. There is one further bathroom with shower, basin and WC.
